4110 E Renner Rd, RichardsonDr. Hicks has been taking care of Ginger since she was rescued by Doodle Dandy Rescue in January 2023. Within a few days of adopting Ginger in April 2023 she was due a couple of vaccinations. We decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Hicks since she was already familiar with her history which included anxiety. During that visit we saw how gentle, kind and loving Dr. Hicks was with Ginger and Ginger’s comfort with her and immediately knew we would continue to trust her taking care of our sweet girl going forward. Although BPAH is not close to us, it is well worth the drive to know Dr. Hicks and the entire BPAH team love their patients and provide the best care possible!

The vets and staff are great and very kind, the wait is never too long, you can usually get an appointment within a week or two (maybe sooner if it's an emergency), and you can pick up medications for you pets without an appointment (if you call ahead). I love the staff here and will continue to bring my pets here.

Today we came to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Her salad was fresh. The warm bread with soft butter and jam, is delish. My mom order the hamburger which she could tell was made with real beef and no fillers. The sweet potato fries hit the spot. I ordered the strip, MR, cooked perfectly and was hot when it came to my table. The veggies were plentiful and cooked to perfection. They were not over or under cooked or doused in butter. This is why I've ...my family and I continue to come back time and time again. It is worth the drive and experience. Shelby and her team are the best!
