“I have been coming to this drive-thru to pay my automobile loan for the past 3 years. I pay with a check from my other financial institution in which I received my direct deposit. Today a nice man named Steven assisted me and spoke to me through the camera. He took it upon himself to suggest that I go on the app and put an automatic payment through something called external payment. I had no idea that this option was available and I am ever so grateful as this man has saved me a trip to the bank every month. I wish every company would have such devoted employees as to offer additional information on the services that the company provides. Excellent job steven! Thank you GECU for hiring this fine employee”

“GECU has always treated me well, but this was particularly demonstrated at Christmas this year when, while in Oregon to visit grandkids, the motel/courtyard I stayed in overcharged me to the tune of $912 for a 3-night stay, which helped overdraw me-with presents still to buy, etc. The two people at GECU who helped me, Vanessa, and Rudy, were professional and respectful, but also sympathetic and just very sweet people. They made the nightmare I was in easier to get the motel to contact GECU with instructions to release the overcharged funds. So, thank you GECU for doing your jobs well and still being real people. A very happy, prosperous New Year!”
