“The staff at this place is beyond amazing! They are always helpful, friendly and welcoming. I come here often to drop off large quantities of mail on behalf of my mother for her business and these guys are patient with me everytime. I greatly appreciate it and I can’t say enough of these guys.

“This young guy helped me today when I went in I didnt catch his name but he had glasses short hair and black polish. There was a guy was a wait in line but as I waited I heard him greeting customers in a very polite manner and he even helped the people physically when they didn’t know what to do. I also only waited like 5 mins in line he was pretty fast.”

“I want to give 10 stars if I could but its not available! The today's visit was amazing experience with USPS employee named "Marissa". She was very courteous, helpful and professional about voter registration information where I could not figure out. She was able to help me with Voter registration number, precinct and school district number. She was able to help with all the information I needed and I was able to send my mail! Thank you for all you do USPS!”
“Post offices get too much slack about customer service. Guys, this isn't a 5 star restaurant, it's a post office. Chill.
Overall, clean and well stocked. Gentleman working the front desk was very friendly!
Tip, bring your own tape, I've been shipping through USPS for over a decade, they've never offered tape and never will, they don't need to. Go to Walmart and buy a $0.50 tape.

“I usually don’t leave reviews for public institutions but I had a great experience getting my passport renewed here. Everyone was patient, efficient, helpful and friendly. I had to wait about an hour to get my passport renewed but that was expected since I didn’t make an appointment.”

“This location is great and super convenient. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I wish the hours at this location were longer and/or that they would add a package drop off kiosk because I often am not able to go during the short open hours (currently 10 am-1pm). If my package is larger than 4x4 it doesn't fit in the drop chute. I think that would increase the business here as well.”

I know that when I ring that buzzer I am interfering with their regular job duties, and I try to be courteous and kind to the person that opens the window to help me. “This is for the person who helped me, NOT the office itself. I have had issues with this post office for years. The woman at the front is always rude, slow, and clearly doesn’t want to be there. The line is always outrageous and people complain. Today, I walked in and the line was moving which I thought was odd. I got to the front and a nice man named Dion was at the window. Let me tell you, the difference in service was wonderful. He made a trip that I usually dread so pleasant. Hopefully this service continues.”

“Been here several times and it's one of my favorite post offices. There are normally two women who work here and they always have smiles on their faces and work efficiently. When I say there is never a line there is practically never a line. The longest I have seen was three people. My items are scanned that day.”
