“At a very busy airport, the Enterprise staff did a great job of getting us our luxury SUV quickly. We even got surprised with an upgraded SUV at not extra cost, a Ford Expedition! The car rode great on the highways and when the wheels started spinning in the snow I was able to easily put it into 4A (4x4 mode) and get out! I will rent from Enterpise again!”

“The car looks great! I believe it has been properly repaired. The only gripe I have with Bountiful Collision Center is that they did not keep me properly informed of the progress. I prefer to have more updates then they provided. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the work they did.”

“I had a really great experience renting with Alamo last weekend. My flight got in 30 min. late and I didn't get to the rental car counter until 1am. I was worried the desk would be closed since it looked like all counters were closed, but luckily Alamo/National had plenty of employees that were still in their offices and they rushed out to help my friend and I when they saw us walk up to the counter. We had a reservation, so it was really speedy to get our paperwork and get down to grab the car.When we went down the escalator to get our car, Spencer was waiting for us with a big smile. He was honestly such a pleasure to work with all evening and upon our return a couple days later too. He checked our papers, grabbed our keys, and walked to our car with us. When it was time to leave the garage with the car, every single gate was closed so no one could leave. Thankfully, Spencer was still around so he was able to unlock the gate to let us leave. He wore many hats that evening!The car was great, we had no issues with it, and it was super easy to return. It was really busy and packed when we returned Sunday evening, but we were happily greeted by Spencer again. Because he was so quick and efficient, we were able to drop off the car in record time without any hassle.All the employees here were really friendly and helpful, I recommend renting from Alamo in SLC.”

We have been seeking an affordable wheelchair van and located one in Texas which Tim put a 24 hr hold on for us, securing it from five additional buyers who wanted it, then arranged to get it transported to Utah asap. We received it yesterday and found it just lovely. I appreciated the courtesy in getting all the paperwork completed and demonstrating how everything worked before driving it home. “I love National. Always provide quick and efficient service with their Emerald Aisle. When I arrived, there was a person there to help me with my first time experience of choosing a vehicle. He mentioned that he was low on cars but guided me to the options available. Thankfully they had what I wanted. As I was checking out, I had forgotten to update my ID on their website, but the lady was kind enough to remind me and still accept my new ID and get me all checked out smooth and easy. Will be using National Rental as long as I can.”

“I typically rent a car from Hertz but given the daily rent offered online I though I would look around for a better deal. I found Affordable Rent A Car who was close to half the cost. I tend to be very skeptical on deals that look too good to be true. I was blown away how easy and customer friendly the staff was. I didn't have to wait for the shuttle from the airport. They were at the curb waiting for me and my family. Checking out took no time at all. The car we rented was very nice, clean and ran great. Returning the car was just as easy. We didn't have to move our bags. Someone from the rental company drove us in the same car to the airport. On top of that my son left his phone in the car and didn't realize right away. We called and they drove his phone back to the airport for us. Five Stars is not a high enough rating. Affordable Rent a Car is the only place I will rent from when visiting Salt Lake City. Thank you for providing great service. I love the fact you are a locally owned company as well.”

We needed something ASAP to be able to take her to her dr. Appointment. This was a life saver, and will continue to use them until we can get a van our selfs. So greatful this service is around! “Great rates staff is friendly however when I received the vehicle it only had a 1/4 tank of gas interior was dusty and it had no windshield washer fluid was mildly disappointed in the cleanliness of the interior that I ended up cleaning it myself but my biggest problem is that I had to fill the take before going on my trip”

There needs to be more like the young lady in the main airport reservation desk.”
“It took a bit to figure out that this car rental is not at the airport. I had to find the shuttle to give me a ride to the actual facility. Once I got there, it was smooth sailing. The staff were awesome and the price was even better! Unlimited miles was an added bonus also. Easy pick up, fast and easy drop off! Shuttle was waiting to take me back to the airport. I'll definitely use Fox Rental again! Highly recommend.”

“I was afraid because of the negative comments here on Google but I had a great experience. In 10 minutes I was able to get my car - it was perfectly clean and we drove 700 miles without any problems. I guess mistakes happens with any company but I would totally rent again with Dollar. Just be mindful that it’s way more expensive at the airport then renting a car in Downtown or something- just because of the airport fees. Returning the car took even less time.”
