I am very satisfied with the care and carfulness of how they take care of my beautiful feet and nails. I get a bag of treats for the ride home. Just amazing they always care so much about me and make me feel like I'm the best boy in the world.

13609 Carrollton Blvd #3, CarrolltonThere are 3 vet offices within 15 minutes of my house but I choose to drive an hour away just for animal clinic of eagle harbor due to their amazing service. My dogs are treated with kindness and compassion with every visit. The communication between staff and clients is stellar and I can’t imagine ever switching.

I particulary like the personal stories Shelley tells to reinforce skills and to provide additional education. For example,she told us of a condition one of her dogs experienced. My dog also experienced that same thing, but much worse. I called Shelley at 10 pm on a Sunday night (crying) to get advice since my dog had the same condition. She called me back several times while I was on my way to Richmond with my dog to get a status. Another time she also mentioned to use hydrogen peroxide to make your dog vomit. I had to use that advice when my dog ate one of my prescription medicine pills. Shelley also goes above and beyond for her students. If you have any questions about your dog training she takes the time to provide advice. She will also recommend people for situations she does not handle. If you miss a class, she takes the time to fit you in to her very busy schedule. I've been a student of Shelley's since February 2019 and don't plan on leaving. Shelley is stuck with me!!!
