He was so nice to work with when I found my couch ? then I got handed off to Techera who helped me pay and get everything settled. I walked in just to browse and left with a couch! Great selection to choose from and great prices.”

“So first off I changed my one star review after my sales associate, AJ made everything right so let me explain because I still have an issue with his manager. My wife and I bought $8500 worth of furniture and there were 2 pieces of the couch we weren’t sure if it would fit but AJ explained that we had 24hrs to return the pieces without being charged a 20% restocking fee. That was a big selling point. Unfortunately the pieces didn’t fit so after the delivery guys said they couldn’t take it back (CM Delivery service) I rushed to repackage the pieces and haul them an hour back to the store. When I got there AJ was at a different store if there’s so the manager was the one who helped me. From the start he was annoyed because I asked to have the refund be applied to my personal credit card (I split the payment between my Ashley card and the remaining balance on my visa) instead of my store card. He said we’d have to redo the contracts in order to refund it to my card which made zero sense. Then o notice the refund was $130 off. When I asked he said I was being charged 20% restocking fee. Even the woman at the drop off warehouse knew the policy because when I said I was rushing to beat the 24hr rule she said I was good to go. Obviously this was contrary to what AJ said so at that point I felt misled. Turns out, AJ was correct on the policy and I was contacted by Ashley’s customer care and was made whole by them. I’m glad this was resolved and I feel bad I was pissed at AJ thinking he did us wrong but ultimately it wasn’t his fault and he’s a stand up guy, a man of his word and I’d highly recommend him to anyone, the manager….. not so much.”
“I was greeted by Abe. He was very polite, curious and very professional. He was very helpful in trying find a set of mattresses for a single mother on hard times. Once we finalize what I thought that the young lady would appreciate. She clearly, wasn't and I had to canceled the delivery with Abe after all that work. “If you’re on the fence about getting a fiberglass pool, allow me to shove you gently—but with enthusiasm—into the deep end. This thing is AMAZING. I thought I was buying a pool; turns out I accidentally purchased a vacation that lives in my backyard and doesn’t judge my dad-bod.
Installation was fast enough that I’m still suspicious someone used magic. One day there was dirt. The next day there was a gleaming blue invitation to happiness just sitting there like it had always belonged.
The surface is smoother than my best intentions, the steps are perfectly placed, and the water somehow feels fancier than regular water. I used to dream about tropical getaways. Now my getaway is ten steps outside my back door, and the commute is delightfully traffic-free.
Unexpected side effects include:
• Kids suddenly think I’m the coolest person alive
• Neighbors who “just happen to be walking by” a LOT more often
• My lawn is jealous because it no longer gets any attention
Maintenance? Practically nothing. I spend more time pretending to check chemicals than actually working, which is how I prefer all projects to go.
If you’re wondering whether a fiberglass pool will change your life, yes. It will. You’ll laugh, you’ll float, you’ll question why you waited this long, and you’ll consider naming it because it basically becomes part of the family.
11/10. Would buy again, but I don’t need to—because this thing is built like it plans to outlive me.”

“Ray Johnson’s team has been great, the Monessen brand, though, is complete garbage!
Myself and 2 of my neighbors have the monessen fireplaces and every two years, like clockwork, the controller fails! The controllers are expensive and time consuming to replace.
Stick to one of the other brands! I’ve become an expert fireplace repair technician! I just put the third controller in my, the second in one neighbor’s and within a month or so a third one in my other neighbor’s.
Super frustrating, especially living on the Eastern Shore, where no one will service anything.
My last fireplace went 15 years without any failures.”

“Roy is a joy to work with and the furniture and items at his store are genuinely of great quality. I found a (next to new) treadmill he was selling on fb marketplace. Roy went out of his way to stay at his store to work around my schedule and even loaded the computer display for the treadmill in my car. He recommended one of his guys to deliver the rest of treadmill to my house. There was a hiccup in delivery which was not Roy's fault, but he contacted me as soon as he could to resolve the issue, which I appreciated. Still giving 5 stars because the delivery hiccup had nothing to do with Roy. Came for the good quality items, but I'll be returning because you can't find customer service like this just anywhere! He's been in business since 1985 and now I see why!!”

Our sales person, Jasmine, was immediately attentive as we walked in the door, but did not aggressively pressure us. She was available to give information and allow us to shop on our own. She checked back with us to see if we needed help and when we did, she got us answers immediately. She walked us through the process of buying the chairs we had come to purchase and was very friendly and efficient. Further, we had excellent service at the checkout desk, at the warehouse picking up our furniture, and even when I called in to request this survey link. “I came to Kettler in search of my first set of 'forever' outdoor furniture. The store was somewhat busy and I wandered about sitting in chairs for awhile before April approached and asked how she could help.
She was very knowledgeable and helped me discern the differences in the different lines of product offered and the difference of quality some of the price points represented. Having answered all of my immediate questions she excused herself to help some other folks.
After some consideration I was ready to make a purchase and April helped me place an order (the color I wanted wasn't on hand ), verifying that I was ok with the lead time. She printed a quote for what my total would be and I left.
After a weekends debate with myself I decided I wanted to add something, so I emailed her at the address provided on the quote. She added my addition to the order without issue and gave me an updated price.
After the initial time estimate passed by a few days, I called to check the status of my order and was helped by the store manager. He was very transparent, explaining that the lead times given by the manufacturer can vary greatly at times and that my order was still a couple of weeks out and that he would call me when it was ready.
I got the call that my order was in and that they would follow up after everything was assembled. In a few days, as promised, they called to let me know it was ready for me ( I opted to pick up, delivery was offered.)
The manager assisted me with check out and we had a polite conversation during the process. He even helped me load the items into the back of my truck.
In all, I had a pleasant and issue free experience. My items were solidly assembled and showed no signs of transport damage.
I look forward to expanding my set in the future with April's help.”
“Barry sold me a buffet table and the process couldn’t be anymore smoother. He didn’t haggle or anything. And he was polite as well as patient when explaining the delivery process since they use a third-party white glove delivery company which did a good job too.”
