“After an hour at the Verizon store trying to return a router. Due to a system error they emailed me an ups label. I was about to pay out of pocket at UPS to box and send, but the owner said let me look at something. He found the QR code needed to where Verizon paid for everything. The owner went above and beyond after an abysmal hour long call with Verizon to return my equipment. Thank you!”

“I've been dropping off my Amazon returns here for forever (and have never had anything but top-notch service), but my recent experience with using their printing service was INCREDIBLE. Ryan was very patient, answering all of my questions and providing helpful suggestions. I sent the PDFs to him, who reached out with me to confirm pricing before proceeding - in the end, his feedback resulted in a really beautiful program and seating chart at a better price than Staples or FedEx. In other words, I highly recommend The UPS Store on all counts, but especially for their terrific customer service modelled by Ryan.”

“This has been the best UPS Store I’ve used in the area based on multiple visits. Printing was always reasonably priced, and I could just email the label and they’d take care of it.
Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”

“Best-kept secret in the region. I've had nothing but great experiences working with Quality Services for about 15 years now. Year after year, they've done printing, assembly, production, shipping, and storage services for my mid-size nonprofit organization. The service has always been top-notch and reliable, the people really go out of their way to help find solutions, and the prices are totally reasonable. My recommendation? If you've got a job, get an estimate from Quality Services and find out for yourself.”
“Excellent service, I came here for finger prints for a fieldprint appointment. I am convinced all these negative reviews are by people who came unprepared and are taking it out on this business because I had a wonderful experience as a first time customer. I was seen 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the entire process took less than a few minutes. My technician was super friendly and had no trouble with the machine or taking my fingerprints. Just make sure to have your QR code, your photo ID and a valid credit card and you’re all set. I will definitely come back in the future for services and recommend this location!”

“Tabitha was amazing. I was printing an Arabic language .pdf textbook for an online class and she reminded me that the books are read from left to write! She was able to fix the layout, provide premium, more thicker paper and even setup the binder I gave her to look like an actual book. Will be back for sure.”

“Nick was absolutely amazing!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. We had an awful experience at the Tyson UPS office and will never visit them again, Maple Ave has won our business. I had to do a set of fingerprints, and mail off 3 different documents. Nick explained the process of each one and verified each package for me, during verification I noticied one of my forms was incorrect. Nick waited for me to find the right form, assisted in printing it off, and getting my packages off safely with tracking. This is how it should be done! I feel confident that my packages are in good hands. Excellent customer service. Thanks Nick!”
