“AT&T is a great store with knowledgeable staff, who were able to identify the damage with my older phone, and offer me a new phone at a reasonable price. Even though I ended up buying my new phone, they were helpful and transparent in helping address my concerns, and walk me through billing and setting my new phone up.
The only issue I’ve had with this place was that, a few years ago, I had an employee named Rusty who ended up stealing my mom’s credit card once, but hopefully he was fired.

Mr.Daniel made my day so much easier, even dealt with the headache AT&T people to collect my correct information that they gave me inaccurately! “One of the nicer Walmarts around. It has groceries and other department store items. Food is usually in stock, people here are mostly nice, except when they are in the way. Self checkout seems unorganized, especially when there is an issue. It took 10 minutes to get someone to fix the self checkout machines for 3 people. I would go to this walmart rather than the ones in Alexandria.”

“The young lady that helped me was absolutely amazing in helping me get my new phone set up. She was so patient with me. Her and the young man working with her were both so nice and kind. I needed a new phone because mine was broken and I was nervous about switching from an android to an iPhone. I’ve been an android user since smart phones hit the market.She helped me understand the difference of the two phones. I can not express enough how great of an experience it was. I have been with metro since they first opened and that location is by far the best location I have ever been to. All of the locations,the customer service is HORRIBLE”

“This review is to recognize the great job done by Earl in repairing the arrow key on my MacBook Pro. He was able to reattach the fiddly little rubber bit that had come loose, as well as the key itself. He provided a clear and straightforward explanation of the repair and cautioned me that the key might feel slightly different from the others, but the key's functioning has actually improved with usage since the repair, and it's just like the other keys. Fantastic work!”
