“Roy's painted the hood and cab roof of my Toyota pickup truck. The original seal coat had deteriorated badly and some of the paint had worn off completely. The body preparation and paint job done by Roy's was superior. The truck looks like new. I highly recommend Roy's for any body work you need to have done. You will be happy with their work.”

“Wow! Talk about knowledge and customer service! The type of interactions we’ve all come to have and basically expect nowadays is abysmal. But every once in a while a light shines through and reminds us that great people exist. At this location the Assistant Store Manager, Griff, has exceptional knowledge not just of the store but of automotive info. The interaction I had left me with no more questions and the answers I was looking for and could not find anywhere else. This is a main reason for always choosing Napa. If you’re in the Short Pump area or anywhere west of Staples Mill it’s worth the drive just for the piece of mind. I hope they take care of this guy, because Griff is a cool, knowledgeable, and professional member of the staff. I will be coming to this location specifically for all the rest of my automotive needs. Great Job guys!”
“My car was broken into and attempted theft. My insurance told me to pick a place to take my vehicle for an estimate. I'm beyond happy picking Crash Champions. Fiat they were very patient from the beginning. They listen to my dreadful story how I was a victim of a Tiktok challenge. They were very clear and communicative with the time frame that they needed to make the needed repairs. Alondra helped me when I needed to pick up my car. She was so sweet and kind. She explained every detail of what happened and walked me through checking out. She made me feel like every step was taken to ensure the continued safety of my vehicle by the entire team as well. I appreciated her energy and care while I was in the office. I was even able to leave my rental there for the rental place to pick up since they partner together.
