Julian greeted us when we walked in. He was friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Johnny and Briana were friendly and knowledgeable as well. They all gave great recommendations on phones, plans, and Wi-Fi. They were very patient with my husband as he asked many questions. They answered all questions and took care of our original reason for visiting the store. We did not feel rushed during our visit.

Today I was helped by Jr and Alvin. I came in at opening, had a broken phone and an already cranky two year old. These guys had great customer service and were so understanding with my little one.
I also witnessed another customer come in with a language barrier, Alvin was incredibly respectful and patient. He utilized a translation app to help the gentleman out. Jr made sure my new phone was completely good to go before I left, accessories installed, everything- perfection.

“Last week I ordered Internet for my home, and I want to pick up the modem next day. As I walked in I was greeted by friendly sales associates. Right away someone came to me and offered me for help. So I told him my purpose of visiting that day and the sales associate named Dimitri right away, pull out my information and offered me a better speed and connectivity for three dollar more, which was affordable so I took it. But I failed to connect the modem at home. I wasn’t sure what was the issue, so I went back following day to return the modem and get a new one,by the way I spent over an hour on the phone but didn’t get any help I mean they couldn’t solve the problem from the other end. I was greeted and offered for help and I explained the gentleman what was the issue? He asked me about my previous Internet company and suggested me to call them to disconnect which was already disconnected anyway. After a few minutes, he suggested that they have to send a technician to verify the issue but I have to pay $100. So I asked him why should I pay where the connection was never stored or used, he says since I try to connect that’s void of any free help from Cox communication. And he couldn’t offer me any other help but ask me if I want to cancel it or take a new modem and try it out. So I went and talk to Dimitri, who was busy earlier and asked him, What can he do to help me out. After listening to me about what happened he spent few minutes look through my account after that, he offered me two years of service plan that will cover any technical issue if I ever have, and surprised me with no charge whatsoever for next two years. He also made the appointment for me, which was yesterday Friday, technician came by spent about an hour and stored my service. Thank you Dimitri Cox communication is fortunate to have a employee like you. I will recommend Cox communication, specially Kingstown service center to anybody.”
