“I recently switched to Verizon. I was assisted by Michael and Adeel at the Verizon Russell Cellular location in Lorton. I have found both Michael and Adeel to be exceptional in their professionalism. They have gone above and beyond to help us with the numerous changes we have had to make. I appreciate their patience. The experience I have had at this location is the best customer experience I have had with any wireless carrier. It's refreshing to be helped by knowledgeable and kind representatives. “Went to this store today to upgrade phones and get on a new phone plan. The customer service we received was nothing short of spectacular. John went above and beyond to help us start the new plan, get the best deals possible on our new phones, and transfer all of our data. It was a very busy day in the store/ w Verizon corporate, and he was doing a great job helping multiple people at once and expediting what he could. Although we primarily dealt with John, we also interacted with Anthony and watched him deal patiently with customers who came in with questions not necessarily related to Verizon service- he kindly answered them and explained thoroughly to ensure they were able to leave with some sort of solution or advice. John and Anthony held it down on a very busy day and I’m glad we got to work with them. We’ll surely be back for all of our Verizon needs! Thanks for everything John!”

They were finally able to get my account fixed up and were able to walk me through all my options and really inform me. “Jeyson the store manager was fantastic! We came in looking to get a phone and add a line for our daughter for Christmas and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the devices, promos and best options for us. We ended up getting a phone, new line and after asking about Apple Watches, 2 of those for ourselves. I highly recommend this location for anyone who appreciates great customer service and support. We will be back for any of our future T-Mobile needs!”

“This location always looks closed.But, I came in on a Saturday to upgrade my watch and phone.It was very busy, and I was greeted as I came in, and waited to be helped.The staff was very professional, and spirited... even though for the whole 3 hours I was there (i left while they were upgrading my phone to get lunch), people were pouring in. I'm not even sure if the employees were able to get a lunch break that day. From 11am- 4pm they were helping me and others, no one left the floor.I remember a male named Quan, and possibly manager Joe, and the male helping me the most... I could not remember his name (maybe sebastian, not fully sure).But all three were attentive, professional, patient, and helpful.They were swamped, and I still highly recommend their services. Thanks T-moble!!Only issue I would comment on is that it's annoying new customers get all of the new deals. I have been a t-mobile customer since I was 13. It's been over 12 years, and I have to start a new line and upgrade my plan to get promotions. So now I have 4 lines with only 3 devices, because it would be cheaper than to simple replace my old phone and old watch on the same line. So now instead of 3 devices and 3 lines, i have 3 devixes and 4 lines...but my bill is less. I get the the allure of new customers. But let's make life easy for the preexisting customes, and have a promotion for the people who have kept thir business going for years.”

Answered everything and got me set up in under 5 minutes and was very polite with me when I was not in the best mood after spending an hour and a half getting hung up on by customer service over the phone. “Lola is fabulous, went above and beyond taking back a failed router and dropping a new one off at my business. (Purchase green artificial grass) 7942 Angus ct suite E Springfield Virginia. She didn't need to do personal delivery so I was impressed. Now she wants to dig into my usage and set me up better than the customer I love her!!! “Literally the best customer service I have had in years. Needed to upgrade an older cable box to the newer 4k model and also upgrade the router. Chris was a pleasure to work with and I was out of the store in 10 minutes with both upgrades. They also gave me a new HDMI cable to ensure the 4k would work properly. By the time I got home, all the new equipment was activated and all I needed to do was plug it in. Their customer service rivals Apple at this store.”

“Last week I ordered Internet for my home, and I want to pick up the modem next day. As I walked in I was greeted by friendly sales associates. Right away someone came to me and offered me for help. So I told him my purpose of visiting that day and the sales associate named Dimitri right away, pull out my information and offered me a better speed and connectivity for three dollar more, which was affordable so I took it. But I failed to connect the modem at home. I wasn’t sure what was the issue, so I went back following day to return the modem and get a new one,by the way I spent over an hour on the phone but didn’t get any help I mean they couldn’t solve the problem from the other end. I was greeted and offered for help and I explained the gentleman what was the issue? He asked me about my previous Internet company and suggested me to call them to disconnect which was already disconnected anyway. After a few minutes, he suggested that they have to send a technician to verify the issue but I have to pay $100. So I asked him why should I pay where the connection was never stored or used, he says since I try to connect that’s void of any free help from Cox communication. And he couldn’t offer me any other help but ask me if I want to cancel it or take a new modem and try it out. So I went and talk to Dimitri, who was busy earlier and asked him, What can he do to help me out. After listening to me about what happened he spent few minutes look through my account after that, he offered me two years of service plan that will cover any technical issue if I ever have, and surprised me with no charge whatsoever for next two years. He also made the appointment for me, which was yesterday Friday, technician came by spent about an hour and stored my service. Thank you Dimitri Cox communication is fortunate to have a employee like you. I will recommend Cox communication, specially Kingstown service center to anybody.”

“Dave is fantastic!!! We came in to upgrade a phone and Dave went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! He was so patient as my daughter took her time, literally, trying to figure out which phone and what color. You know how Apple can be, so he made sure the phone was backed up on the old device. The new phone needed a software update which he took care of as well as making sure all the contacts, pictures and apps were loaded onto the new phone. He was very thorough from start to finish. He made what could have been a stressful transaction easy breezy. If I could request his assistance every time I have to come to this location, that would be phenomenal.”

“Had a very good experience today. I was frustrated before I got to the store as I was having issues with my phone and account and web service, tech coach and a representative online wasn't able to help me and I told me to go to a corporate store. Went in and minutes was helped and checked in. Robert was very helpful and patience as it took a while to restore my account and my phone. He had to call someone else to dig in my situation. That guy was helpful as well too. I work in restaurants and I was also noticing other specialist were nice and patient. I was very happy with the help I got today. Thank you”
