“Good day, I worked with John Hilton at this Verizon store who was terrific. He assisted me in reducing some costs on my I-Phone service since I was furloughed which was really appreciated. I also purchased Verizon wi-fi and You Tube TV and was finally able to cut the Comcast cord!! John helped me create a Gmail email for You Tube and also spent a lot of time with Verizon HQ for some assistance with my account. He was very nice, patient and considerate. I really appreciated all his help. Recommend him to everyone.”

“Go talk to Mike! If Mike is working, the moment you enter the store you're going to get a greeting from him. He was so kind and patient and easy to work with! We had a lot going on with our family account, trying to get a new phone for my daughter, switching primary account holder. Just so much going on. But he got us through everything and helped get everything set up perfectly on the new phone. I can't say enough good things. T-Mobile needs a Mike in every store. We are luck to have him here locally in the Rose Hill store.”

Wali sat down with me for nearly two hours, went through my account line by line, and found ways to save me about $180 every month. He never rushed me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every change before moving forward. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to put that much time and effort into helping a customer. Wali truly went above and beyond, and because of him I’m saving a ton of money every month. If you need help with your Verizon account, ask for Wali you’ll be glad you did.”

“Without a doubt the best cell phone purchasing experience I have ever had. I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years and unfortunately broke my phone today. Josue took incredible care of me and got me the best deal possible. He was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I know this isn't a factory store but the deals were at least as good and the service was better. It was a drive but I am glad I made the trip and believed the positive reviews.
