He let me use theirs at the Belt Blvd location. Hopefully Uhaul begins to have real time inventory tracking online so customers can make one trip to get what they need.”
“I am genuinely surprised to see this place with a less than 4/5 overall rating. The location is a bit hard to find because the Budget sign isn't on the building and it just looks like a gas station, but I have never had such good customer service from a rental company. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. We were even given a discount after realizing we booked too small of a moving truck. They upgraded us two sizes and didn't charge us for the upgrade. I highly recommend these guys.”
“Great overall experience from check in to drop off. Very informative. Friendly. Easy location to get in and out of. The BP gas station was really easy to get in and out of, right down the road within a mile for refueling. Don't let the look of the place fool you, it was a great experience! I would definitely rent again. This wasn't my original rental location but I'm very happy with the service.”
