“I like the unique prints and post cards but I wish I had got a copy of my receipt. There is this “support local business” pink sticker labeled at $3 in my bag which I know I didn’t pick. Four post cards and a sticker came up to $20ish seems about right anyways! Friendly services and clean store!”

“I visited Sephora at Kohl’s on 4/12/2027 and wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had thanks to Erica. With the sale going on, we know the store can get hectic and busy especially since we had a large order with multiple people but Erica stayed incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
She kept a smile on her face the whole time and made our visit feel really special. It’s not easy to maintain that level of positivity during a rush, and she truly stood out.”
“I came in to grab a few items and walked out with not only my items, but a huge smile. Let’s start with Larissa. The store was super busy but she made me feel as if I were her only guest. Larissa is pleasant and very knowledgeable. There was also another wonderful associate, Rosa. She also took time to make sure I was assisted.
I needed a manager and Elvis appeared. He completed my amazing experience by being just as kind. His aim was to please, and he did that. I’ll definitely be back!!”

They had a good selection of storage bins and skincare that I was looking for. An associate even helped push my second cart out for me since I bought a lot and was struggling.”

My initial visit was to pay my mom Macy’s bill but at the last minute and right before closing time I wanted to get a small mini make over. Ms Kori was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly patient. She did not make me feel rushed, answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns in addition to giving me advice. I know how it feels when you’re at the end of completing your shift as time is winding down and I never felt that at all from Ms. Kori as she gave me her undivided attention.
