Usually I do everything through the app but today I went in person with my daughter. She's had an early saver account since she was a toddler but now needs a checking account, too, now that she has a job. Tereso was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He also helped us add a money market savings for her for better interest and an early savers account for my son. We had a lot of questions and he thoroughly answered each one. “I had a problem with the ATM machine capturing a check without the funds being applied to my account. On Saturday I was able to go in person to the branch. I was expecting a fight but instead I was met with care, understanding and empathy from Charity the branch manager. She assisted me in completing the process and made it possible to receive the small amount of money in my account. I'm still waiting to hear that the funds have been applied to my account but because of the experience I'm NOT WAITING IN A PANICKED A PANICKED STATE OF MIND.

The only thing I find to be frustrating at times is that there usually is only one teller, especially on Fridays, I noticed that people saw the extention line and walked out, which is unfortunate.”
