“I worked with Noor (apologies for any misspelling!), who didn't try once but three times, to find me the correct glass front for the Samsung note 10+, because most of the local sellers were using a screen with a weird bezel instead of extending from edge to edge. He went out of his way to try to find the right screen replacement, going as far as ordering a replacement out of country, and he walked me through the process so I understood in layman's terms what he was doing and why. He was a really down to earth guy to chat with and was very personable and easy going. I walked out with a perfect note 10+ screen replacement and highly recommend using them.”
“Been here for like almost 10 years now they want me to go T-Mobile I don't know why it's 3rd month now I pay the bill and they try to move me to T-Mobile .The old staff was really nice Dee was helping us like 6 years now but now I am scared to go to store because all they say is move to T-Mobile and get free iPhone I don't want anything there is a reason I got metro so I don't want contract. I am giving 5star because they always help me but I don't like this new idea of moving

He walked us through all the options (without being pushy), answered many questions and helped us get our new phones set up. He was kind and patient and clearly really knows what he’s doing. “I am so pleased with the service I received today. Long story about how my phone’s protective screen was shattered a bit (DON’T Pump gas, put your phone on the top and drive onto the highway?). I’ve always gone to AT&T for assistance.
Today, Scarlett answered the phone and checked to make sure a new cover was in stock..so nice to speak with. I went in after work and Caitlin cleaned everything, installed new cover and I was in and out in 10 minutes!
I know you can buy stuff online, but, because I got my phone there, the cover was $10 and professionally repaired.
Pretty great!
Oh, and if you’re thinking about Otter Box for a phone-so worth it. At least 10 cars probably drove over my phone before I found it!

“I ordered two of the Desert Night Dog Collars cause i needed breakaway collars for boarding and love how they look on my dobermans. The colors look more vibrant than on the website. The mediums are huge but there's plenty of slack either way you need to go when sizing them up.”

“Wow. I came in for a repair, and I was fully ready to wait weeks. You know the process - sometimes it's long and challenging and filled with lots of steps. BUT - not at TUMI Bellevue last week! Carmi and Carrie somehow managed to solve the repair the same day - on the weekend - and I left with my issue fully solved. “I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”
