“Great in store service and over the phone. The only process that is not as good, is the way you have to start your own claim online or over the phone. Why can’t the technicians create the claim. Just a lot of back in forth between calling in and online submissions. An app would be nice too!”

“Contrary to a lot of the other things said about this store, I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here. No matter who is working, whether it be Maria, Nyny, or another employee helping out during a time where everyone is short staffed, I am always treated with respect, kindness, and priority! Sometimes there is a wait, which is entirely understandable and not at all the fault of the young ladies trying their hardest at this busy store. I came in for a small tech issue. Only one person was working at the time and she made sure to greet me as soon as I came in, and told me it would be just a little bit before she could get to me as a few people were already waiting. I was happy to wait and browse their products while she took care of the others! I felt welcomed and at home during my time at this store. A little kindness and a lot of patience goes a long way, and I could tell the girl was thankful to have a pleasant interaction as a lot of people were rather rude about things that were clearly not in her control. Keep being you, ladies! You’re doing a wonderful job.”

Fabiola was really kind and amazing emplyee , she speak with customer service for long time for me and solve my problem and order me a new phone. “Don't often take the time to write a review, but had a fantastic experience with Kyle at this store today. Called in this morning to the call center to ask a couple questions about setting my mom up with her cellular watch to keep her safe as she ages - the customer service agent was so frustrating I just decided to go into the store.Kyle went above and beyond to take care of us - setting my mom up, helping choose a number from the same FL area code as her phone, double-checking that her address was correct in case of a 911 call... and on top of that, helped me with upgrading my plan, saving money, increasing speed, and getting me my best discount (teacher)...Truly awesome experience with this store - thank you Kyle for caring about the customer!”

“I have to thank Richmond for his help! My phone completely broke down and I just happened to be depended on the phone to do my work. It is a fairly new phone, so it was totally unexpected to have it completely break down on me (first phone that has done that to me). So between the surprise of having a phone break down on me and the fact that I really need it.. I was a little freaked out when I walked into the store. Richmond, very quickly asked me what can I help with, he helped me trouble shoot, but unfortunately the phone is not usable. Richmond then helped me find me another phone, helped me navigate the complexities of the calling plans and then helped me setup my phone. So I went from total freak out... How am I going to be able to work? to things are OK, let's figure it out, get the new phone working, get everything set up. So I so appreciate Richmond, his help, his guidance, and above all his kindness in handling my situation.”
