“I had a very disappointing experience at the AT&T store in Bellevue. The staff member who helped me was extremely impatient and did not seem knowledgeable about the issue I was trying to resolve. Instead of taking the time to understand my questions and explain the options, I felt rushed and unsupported.
But here in Kirkland Sam was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. I really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Sam for his professionalism and dedication!”

“I spilled water on my laptop, and it started to smell bad. I took it to other repair shops, and they told me to buy a new computer. Then I came here. He was very confident and said he could fix it.
He checked my laptop and explained the problem. I chose the express service. I sat there and watched him do the repair. It was amazing to see his soldering work.He fixed my laptop and saved all my data. My data was more important to me than the laptop. Thank you for the great service. I highly recommend this place!”

“Gage did a wonderful job fixing the green line issue on my Pixel Pro 9 XL! It requires a screen replacement which thankfully was covered under the extended warranty. Would highly recommend for any phone issues, especially screen repairs”

For anyone having a hard time with a big company like this, you are not alone - for some ungodly reason they make it super complicated and frustrating. But having someone like Niko to talk to and get information from is a huge help.”
“Been here for like almost 10 years now they want me to go T-Mobile I don't know why it's 3rd month now I pay the bill and they try to move me to T-Mobile .The old staff was really nice Dee was helping us like 6 years now but now I am scared to go to store because all they say is move to T-Mobile and get free iPhone I don't want anything there is a reason I got metro so I don't want contract. I am giving 5star because they always help me but I don't like this new idea of moving

“We came to the Edmonds store for assistance in finalizing unlocking our phone after having paid everything off. Even though Michael was ultimately unable to help us unlock the phone having tried the online option, they were immensely helpful and professional.
Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience with the Lynnwood store at the mall who were downright rude when we called them this morning. I would rate the Lynnwood store’s customer service as abominable. Why would we continue to pay $500/month for this type of service?
Overall, I highly recommend the Edmond store for your service and strongly advise you avoid the Edmonds store. For context, this is the first bad review I’ve posted online in my entire life.”
“My first time going into a phone store and not feeling like I’m paying for more than what I received. A huge thank you to Colby for his time, his patience, and positive attitude in helping me switch to ATT. I highly recommend this location but I especially recommend Colby, he actually knew what he was doing, I didn’t feel rushed out of the store by him, he made sure my needs were met with my new phone, it was a refreshing experience.”

Reasonable prices, friendly staff. I value expediency, skill & reasonable prices for services rendered so, even if they were just meh & not friendly, honestly I'd be cool with it.
Needed battery change for Samsung Galaxy S23+. Battery was swollen & over heating. Reasonable prices. Went in, paid for it. Took a day to order battery. Day after that, I went in and they swapped it out on the spot, no more than 10 minutes. In and out. It's May 2026 & phone still going strong. No more overheating, phone freezing or any issues at all. 10/10 for me.”
“Wei-ing is a FANTASTIC consultant. We came in short of time and he made sure to inform us of all the information we would need to gather to switch providers.When we returned, he took the time to inform us about all our options and the benefits and drawbacks of each. Switching providers was proving to be a challenge. “I ordered two of the Desert Night Dog Collars cause i needed breakaway collars for boarding and love how they look on my dobermans. The colors look more vibrant than on the website. The mediums are huge but there's plenty of slack either way you need to go when sizing them up.”

I had a complex situation to sort out with my elderly mother’s AT&T account, and Nick literally went above and beyond to help sort out this situation! He was able to figure out the issue, and find the solution and get me the results I needed! And he was very empathetic and friendly. A great manager!

“Wow. I came in for a repair, and I was fully ready to wait weeks. You know the process - sometimes it's long and challenging and filled with lots of steps. BUT - not at TUMI Bellevue last week! Carmi and Carrie somehow managed to solve the repair the same day - on the weekend - and I left with my issue fully solved. I have to admit - I had 0% belief it could be solved the same day, but they made it happen. And THAT is why so many of us choose Tumi. Thank you C&C and Tumi!”

“I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”

“I stopped by the store last Wednesday to pick up a gift for my boyfriend, who’s a big Seattle Seahawks fan. I’ll admit, I don’t know much about sports teams or logos, but I figured I’d trust my instincts and find something that looked right.
Well… turns out my instincts needed a little help. I grabbed a cap I thought had the Seahawks logo, only to realize at the register I was actually about to take home a San Francisco 49ers hat. 😅
Thankfully, the associate helping me was incredibly kind and patient. They pointed out the mix-up, helped me swap it out right away, and even guided me toward a few other items that my boyfriend will probably love.
To be honest, sports stores can feel a little intimidating when you’re not someone who spends much time in them. But this experience ended up being both positive and educational. I’m really grateful to the team member who took the time to help and made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming.
