“Big shoutout to Mike at this post office! We had gone to another location where they couldn’t process our international address change request, but Mike knew exactly what to do. He was professional, patient, and made the whole process so easy. Really appreciate his help and excellent service!”
“I don’t usually write reviews for post offices, but WOW the staff here are so kind and helpful! I don’t mail things often, but they made the process easy and offered amazing service. I have come back here twice and had the exact same experience both times. It gets a little busy during lunch hour and immediately after work, but the line never takes too long.”
“This is BY FAR the best organized and stocked party store in the area. The owner is super helpful and the store is super easy no navigate. Forget Amazon - come here for party supplies!”
“A lady helped me with mailing some documents and making a money order. She literally knows EVERYTHING!! Even the address. She is very efficient and helps me to make it before door closing. One thing tho, please provide some cooling equipments since it’s quite hot there and they work really hard there.”

“Just had a fantastic experience with USPS worker Steve while applying for my child’s passport. In and out in 15 minutes! Steve was super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly—a true gem amidst the usual horror stories you hear about passport services. Hope USPS recognizes his excellence and uses his approach to train agents across other locations.”

Usually waits aren't too long.”

“I have the best regular postal service delivery person! I see him daily and he’s always smiley, friendly, helpful and kind to my large and noisy doggie! He’s a great representation of customer service in what I imagine a hard job! Area: Ballard, Seattle, 98117, 16th Ave nw route Give the man a raise!”
“I want to extend my sincere appreciation for Linh, Supervisor of Customer Service at the Ballard Carrier Annex! As a property manager overseeing several multifamily housing buildings, I recently undertook the project of upgrading outdated mailboxes to USPS-compliant, secure, and modern mailboxes. Navigating this process could have easily become complicated and time-consuming, but thanks to Linh’s exceptional support and expertise, it was anything but.
From our very first interaction, Linh was proactive, informative, and incredibly helpful. She provided clear guidance on every step of the process—from ensuring the specifications met current USPS standards to helping coordinate the transition in a way that minimized disruption for my residents. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a potentially stressful upgrade into a seamless, successful experience.
It’s rare to encounter someone as competent and committed to service as Linh. Her professionalism and genuine care for both property managers and the tenants we serve are a credit to the USPS/ Ballard Carrier Annex. I’m truly grateful for her assistance and cannot recommend her highly enough!”

“Not sure why so many people hate the Post Office. The employees at this location have always been helpful. Sure the lines are long sometimes, but that’s just the volume of people with the budget the government gives them. I’ve shipped many packages and they’re always helpful. I tend to just go early in the day or over lunch and it’s much faster.”

“Miele? Mele? I’m not positive on the spelling of the postal clerk that holds it down at the Pioneer Square USPS location, but she’s solid GOLD! That location can be sketchy at times to navigate, but I go here because I love interacting with her! She’s SO friendly, upbeat, personable, helpful and inviting. She brings a little bit of home into her space and makes her customers feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Such a smart hire!* Note: This is a small location with one person working. They close for lunch break from 2-3:15”

“The clerk was very kind and resourceful. I am not really used to mailing forms and paying by money order, but she took the time to explain how it all works all the while she was busy with some training at the back of the counter.
I'll be coming back today for more paper work!”
“Anetta was a great help with geting my package out today. I've always had a great service from USPS and today was no exception. If I'm in the area and need to use USPS, I'm definitely coming here again.”
“USPS Wallingford was able to track down an important piece of mail that my family member sent to the wrong address. They were able to start searching for it in a timely manner & I appreciated the effort they put in.”

“I love the lake city post office, friendly folks, reliable, courteous. When I’m in luck I can also pick up the latest Real Change newspaper (one of Seattle’s own & best) right outside. USPS is one of the best run and most effective government services there is. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise, do your homework / research please.”

“There's a gentleman that works here that is INCREDIBLY helpful. Honestly, this person deserves a raise, he deserves to be praised and carried around in a chair.
There was a hugeee like today and he was so patient, working alone, going out of his was to give advice on package sizes helping people (including me) fill out a confusing form. And definitely took his time making sure all the details were in correctly.
Seriously the world is a better place because of this man.
Thank you!! ?”
“After reading a few negative reviews of this USPO at Crossroads, I had to wonder if it’s the same location I’ve been to. I have nothing but praise for the professional and kind service I’ve experienced with the staff. I suspect there are a few customers who feel entitled and unfortunately put the blame on the staff of this USPO. One should go to their post office with packages labeled, wrapped, and taped before handling to the counter person.”
“My mail was returned to the sender due to a delivery mistake. I called them directly to inquire about the issue. Ayesha S. Noor helped me retrieve the mail on time. She did multiple follow-ups to ensure the package was on track. I really want to thank her for her commitment.”

“I really would like to thank Clerk 03 Sebastian and Clerk 01 Monique for their great customer service. They tried their best to help resolve my issues. They followed customer obsession principle and did their due diligence. Great job! I really appreciate it.”
“I'm certain I bought stamps from this so called rude Asian lady. She's normal and was pleasant to deal with imo. She's kurt, to the point and likely her way of doing things is perceived as rude. I was happy with my experience today.”
“This was my first time using the service here. I was aware of the previous reviews and didn’t want to expect much. Unexpectedly, I was so impressed with the whole experience. The building was so charming from the outside, many parking spots, clean and tidy from the inside. The clerk, no. 3, the gentleman who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Since it’s getting close to Christmas, he made sure I’m aware when the packages would be arriving at the destinations. I couldn’t ask for the better service. I brought my 2 kids with me. I believe it will be their first memorable experience of the post office and they won’t feel intimidate to go to use the services in the future.”
