“I don’t usually write reviews for post offices, but WOW the staff here are so kind and helpful! I don’t mail things often, but they made the process easy and offered amazing service. I have come back here twice and had the exact same experience both times. It gets a little busy during lunch hour and immediately after work, but the line never takes too long.”
“Only saw 1 handicap parking space at this strip mall and it was 11 spots away from the door. The entrance does not have automatic openers so another customer has to open and hold the door for anyone with difficulty walking or opening heavy doors. The shop was very crowded with people waiting for services at 1pm on a Saturday. There are a few chairs but more people than seats. Came here for fingerprinting because it's 1 of only a few places who do this on Saturdays. They sell packing/shipping supplies, have mailboxes, and ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Understaffed but staff was quick, nice, and professional.”

“I have been a box customer here for 3 years. Kevin (“the Asian guy”) is direct and forward, not rude. He is very helpful when you need him, is always patient with me even when I have a ton of returns or come in 5 minutes before closing. He’s even walked stuff out to my car before.
The Amazon kiosk and drop off makes returns easy. If you ask for help, one of the employees will help you.
There’s street parking in the front. I think a lot of these reviews are misunderstandings. I’m nice to them so all the UPS employees are nice and helpful to me. Simple reciprocity.”

“The best virtual mail service I’ve ever used — hands down. Great location, competitive pricing, and Mr Scott had amazing customer service. He respond quickly and he’s always helpful.
Even after I closed my mailbox,Mr Scott kept my mails safely for months and offered to help forward it instead of throwing anything away. That level of care and integrity is rare. I’ve tried many mail services in different places in Washington and other states - I am traveling a lot- this is by far the best one. Highly recommended!

“The staff were incredible! They had our whole passport application for our newborn daughter ready for us, including reformatting the JPG photo we sent to make it passport-friendly. I told them I’d stop by to pick everything up, and they went ahead and printed everything ahead of time. I also had to get another form notarized, and they were quick and efficient with it. Very impressed with this UPS location in particular!”

“Update 12/5 - I've come in since learning about new ownership and things have improved here! Happy to use their services again.
I've used Lake Union Mail to print my shipping labels and it went from $1 to $2 without notice to print a single piece of paper and slip it in the clear sleeves that UPS/FedEx provide.
I came here for stamps once and when I received my total I knew something was off. When I asked he said they mark them up but didn't transparently provide that info.
The man that works here is super unfriendly and makes it uncomfortable to use their services, which is the main reason I won't come back here.”
“We came here to ship my wife's wedding bouquet for preservation. We had to ship the flowers delicately enough that they wouldn't get crushed in transit, and they had to be in a bag of water. My wife was very worried but the guy behind the counter was a superstar. He carefully packed up the flowers, allowing us to help, and used more packing material than what we had brought to make sure the flowers were cushioned. We really appreciated the extra help!”

“Singh works at this store and my other local store. He’s really helped me out twice, now.
There was a problem within UPS system where I made a change and cancelled the same change and A representative online even confirmed they saw it. Somehow, my package got flagged as needing to be sent back to a further away location and it would have delayed my package probably another two days (longer because of weekend).
He took the time to look up my package via a phone call and was able to help me get my package that day.
I’d definitely recommend this location or the Benson location because of him.

What really stood out was his attitude — respectful, kind, and genuinely focused on helping. It’s rare to meet someone who takes their work seriously and makes you feel taken care of at the same time.

“I have no clue how this place got any bad reviews!?! I've been using them daily for 8 solid yrs& i have literally known every single employee during those yrs. They go WAY above and beyond for me and always have... Of course, I'm super friendly to them and I speak to them like human beings, but I've witnessed ppl be heinously rude to them. They never lost their temper with the rude customers, either. I did, however. These ppl are saints. If I'm shipping something important, i ONLY trust UPS Factoria. It's always on time, they never have ever lost a pkg of mine. I mean, they treat me like family. That's why I spend the money on a box there. Are they the very cheapest place in the world? No, but you get what you pay for in the mail world. How important is your stuff to you? Mine's important so it's nothing less than UPS Factorja for me. Always the best. Id give this place and every employess 10 stars and a vacation if I could. Use them. You won't regret it.”

The woman who works here always helps me find the proper packaging for what I am sending, and takes care of all of the shipping labels for me, which I really appreciate. Every time I have been here she has been efficient and kind, and as a bonus has an adorable pup who hangs out with her in the shop! Would highly recommend going here for all of your shipping needs, especially if you are a college student living in the u district. :)”
“Not sure why they only have 3.4 stars. I arrived to get some very important documents notarized and shipped. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They answered all my questions and helped me with any issues I might have had. I was hesitant to go to the location , because of the ratings. However they are within walking distance of my home. Honestly Im glad I did, I was in and out with no issues or complaints.”
