“Had the best experience at this Verizon retailer. These things can be a hassle, but our sales associate, Nolan, took really good care of us. We had a somewhat complex transaction - moving 2 lines off of one account to a new account, moving one line to a different phone, and purchasing a new phone. It took a while, but that was to be expected. Overall, very happy with the friendly, competent service we received from Nolan at this store!”

He walked us through all the options (without being pushy), answered many questions and helped us get our new phones set up. He was kind and patient and clearly really knows what he’s doing. Overall it was a great experience for getting a new phone which can be a stressful process. Definitely recommend this store and Tyler!”

“Wow. I came in for a repair, and I was fully ready to wait weeks. You know the process - sometimes it's long and challenging and filled with lots of steps. BUT - not at TUMI Bellevue last week! Carmi and Carrie somehow managed to solve the repair the same day - on the weekend - and I left with my issue fully solved. “This place has all the stuff for most Seattle sports teams and my kids love it. The staff there is cool and not only know their sports stuff but the store inside and out. Made it really easy to find and get the correct Metcalf jerseys for my two boys. I've also returned a couple things and it's super easy. Highly recommend.”
“I had an issue and called 611. My call was answered pretty quickly and the lady stated she would access my account and help me. After I gave her a code she sent to my phone, she said she would put me on hold and be right with me. 30 minutes later, my call ended up going to a survey line. I didn't leave a very high rating and another lady came on the line and apologized that I hadn't been happy with the assistance I had received. She asked what caused me to rate the service so low. After explaining, she apologized again and immediately jumped into my account to assist me. After an hour of hard work on her part, we were able to fix the issue. I asked her to send me back to the survey again so I could give her a rating. She said it is only one survey per call. So I am leaving a review and I hope Metro sees it and gives her the raise or promotion she deserves. Her name is Brandy M. from the Escalations department. I have been a customer for a long time and NEVER have I had such great service as today. Thank you Brandy M. and may you get the recognition you truly deserve!!”
