“I went to the Redmond Ridge Verizon Victra to replace my old failing SE phone. Am a low tech person, and Colin who worked there today was knowledgeable about all the products, thorough, efficient, a great teacher, and very patient. He transferred all the data from my old phone to the new which for me was a huge thing, something that would have been hard for me to do independently.
He made sure I understood the basics of my new phone before I left, with an invitation to return if I had issues I couldn't resolve at home.
Another customer service aspect that Colin excels out is coordination of customer needs. It was pretty busy when I was there, and he was clear about how long a service would take, when customers could return (if other than a quick question) if they didn't want to wait--he's very respectful of people's time. He's excellent at multi tasking.

“Had the best experience at this Verizon retailer. These things can be a hassle, but our sales associate, Nolan, took really good care of us. We had a somewhat complex transaction - moving 2 lines off of one account to a new account, moving one line to a different phone, and purchasing a new phone. It took a while, but that was to be expected. Overall, very happy with the friendly, competent service we received from Nolan at this store!”

“Tyler that works at this store is the best! We went in to get new phones and he was extremely helpful. He walked us through all the options (without being pushy), answered many questions and helped us get our new phones set up. He was kind and patient and clearly really knows what he’s doing. Overall it was a great experience for getting a new phone which can be a stressful process. Definitely recommend this store and Tyler!”

“I tried ordering a phone online. After too many failed attempts with stock, availability, and page refreshing on its own. I called Kirkland location and made an appointment with Stevie. Went in 45 minutes later. He helped me right away, had me set up with a phone in minutes. He then proceeded to sync all my phone information to the new phone, put on a screen protector, and found me a sale $10 phone case all in one short visit. He was refreshing to chat with and very personable. Absolutely recommend going to see Stevie if you go in store. The other folks were very friendly as well. Would recommend if your impatient person, make an appointment, since that location is so central, don't be upset that you didn't preplan. Also, if you do plan to purchase, call in advance to make sure they have the product as I did before I made the trek.”

“This place has all the stuff for most Seattle sports teams and my kids love it. The staff there is cool and not only know their sports stuff but the store inside and out. Made it really easy to find and get the correct Metcalf jerseys for my two boys. I've also returned a couple things and it's super easy. Highly recommend.”
