I have never had a long wait to be helped. I was in there the other day and had a less than satisfied experience. I should have got her name. I think she might have been the manager. Long brown hair. She was quite unenthusiastic and acted like I was a bother to her day. She was not only not helpful but extremely unfriendly! I left and got excellent help elsewhere.”
