“It amazes me how much knowledge about electronics these kids have that work here. Most of them are friendly and very helpful. I've been in here a few times over the years. I have never had a long wait to be helped. I was in there the other day and had a less than satisfied experience. I should have got her name. I think she might have been the manager. Long brown hair. She was quite unenthusiastic and acted like I was a bother to her day. She was not only not helpful but extremely unfriendly! I left and got excellent help elsewhere.”

“Andrew was the associate handling my issues and he was so very patient after being put on hold several times and transferred to different departments so many times....it was the transaction from hell but he was just so great at dealing with the reps on the phone and with me .....I was there for over 2 hours and the whole time he was just so polite and got the matter settled after all.”

The first person I spoke with was Rocky and he was knowledgeable, listened to what I needed and got me a new phone quickly. No one likes waiting for ever with these things. He said I would need to get the numbers from my old carrier and port over in the morning. So, I came back and worked with Toren.
