I had been dealing with a billing issue that went unresolved for several months, despite speaking with multiple representatives over the phone. Uncle took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening, patiently walked me through everything, and made sure the issue was fully resolved.

“Genesis is an amazing manager. Today I was in there while a customer was drunk and belligerent saying his internet was not working which it was and saying his calls weren’t working which they were she gave him multiple other options. I came to the conclusion he was drunk she called security and he was asked to leave. She made me feel safe and comfortable and took care of that customer very respectfully for the disrespect they were carrying. She definitely deserves a raise.

I had recently switched carriers and was no longer with T-Mobile, but one of my family members was on my old plan. I needed to pass along a transfer pin in order for the family member's phone to continue working on the new carrier they chose.
I walked into this T-Mobile store and explained my situation, and Ana took care of the situation in an instant.
