Soha and Aubree are literally the nicest people you will ever meet, they worked with us to design the exact ring my fiancé dreamed of. I was able to keep the proposal a surprise even though we designed the ring together, because Soha and Aubree emailed just me all of the details from our appointments, and when the ring was ready for me to pick up, I was able to pick it up without my fiancé knowing. I am so thankful for them, and we will be getting our wedding bands from them soon. Soha Diamond Co. made this once in a lifetime experience such a good one.”

“My fiance and I went to the West Town Mall to look for wedding bands as we are getting married in September. We first went to a different jewelry store and didn't truly see anything we wanted to try on. So we decided to come to Roger's & Hollands. Raban (he informed us he usually works at the East side Rogers & Holland) helped us right away. He asked what we were looking for and was able to find it. He was very polite and definitely took his time. Allowed us to try on all the things. He was such a pleasure to work with & will definitely be going to the East side Roger's & Holland to work with Raban again! Everyone at the West Town Mall Roger's & Holland was extremely nice but Raban stuck out the most to us. 10/10 would recommend working with the staff here! “Came in a few months ago to look at wedding bands and they were incredibly helpful and hospitable, even had beverages available while you browse and cleaned my engagement ring. I did not end up finding my ring here, but today I stopped in to get a loose prong fixed on my engagement ring and they were super helpful, luckily it was an easy fix so it was really quick, and they explained what they were doing to fix it to ensure I fully understood the process. They once again offered beverages for my wait time and cleaned both my engagement ring that they were working on as well as my separate wedding band. Would certainly come here again for any maintenance on my rings and other additions of jewelry in the future!”

“Brandy is awesome! I needed to replace the battery in one watch, and I had another watch that needed to be resized. Brandy took care of both watches, no problem. She was really cheerful and friendly, and she patiently answered all my questions. She was very careful when handling my watches. She removed links from both sides of the watch band to make sure the latch would still close right in the middle of my wrist. Now my watch fits perfectly. That kind of attention to detail makes all the difference, in my opinion. Great customer service!”

Hatch Art House is a very fun place to visit and peruse for special little art or craft pieces by local artisans. Hatch shares its "Willy" Street location with a other Madison small shops and restaurants which made for a lovely afternoon of food (Lazy Jane's Cafe and Bakery) and window shopping.”

“Could not be happier with the work they did on my engagement/wedding rings! For my birthday, my husband decided he wanted to get me a new setting for my engagement ring, and we also ended up picking out wedding rings (we got married at a courthouse during college and just wore silicone ones at the time with intentions of picking out nicer ones when we could afford them). First picture is my engagement ring in the original setting, second is the same stone put into a new setting along with the new wedding ring.
