My daughter and I entered the store for the first time. We were both greeted warmly and asked if there was any we were interested in. I virtually never leave a store as this type without purchasing something.
I stated I wasn't sure and the stated in the same tone and volume I had just finished working.
The owner/ manager and employee turned to each other and started to chat. No worries. We browsed the store and I needed a quite replacement item and I found it. My daughter picked up a couple of items.
The store is well organized and seems to cater to a variety of clientele. Parking is sufficient.”

“Burnie's, both locations are just great, always full of treasures and surprises. When my son who is now 11, was 2, all he wanted in the world was a piece of amber with a bug in it. Eventually, off to Burnie's we went. He subsequently lost the item in a tragic, "I hide it from my friends in a trash can so nobody would take it" incident. Years later, on another magical Burnie's expedition, we mentioned the funny story, and Ben said he had an idea of how to fix the situation.
