“My family and I switched from Verizon to US Cellular. The patience, service, and great attitude from Adrian was a refreshing experience. Adrian was proactive and helped us get setup right away while waiting for the current customer to get his phone figured out. He walked us through the signing process and made us feel comfortable and confident about our service plan. I wanted to tip Adrian, but he wouldn’t accept it. She answered all our questions, recommended phones and accessories, set up the new phone, transferred the contacts, and even downloaded the apps my Mom uses regularly so she didn't have to navigate that herself since she's not very tech savvy. Shakira was very patient throughout and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely go to this location again!”

“I was with Tracfone for over a decade but something went wrong recently. My phone suddenly stopped working, and I spent hours online with their tech support department, and they gave me the run around, cut me off, and locked up my phone even though my bill was paid. I gave up after five hours and the next day went to Cricket to get a new phone, the whole ordeal with the Clerk trying to get the transfer pin from Trac to get my new service activated with Cricket took 4 hours, and Trac jerked the clerk around. The clerk was there for me the whole time, and got my new service hooked up, activated, a new phone and plan, and no data was lost. Plus, this phone is much faster and has much more features and data space. I appreciate the good service and wish they have a brick and mortar store at a downtown State St. location as well.”

On Wednesday November 5th I started working with a younger guy and he was absolutely fantastic!!! I wish I could remember his name. I was in with my 10 year old autistic son and this guy was so patient and amazing with him. Asking my son questions, answering all of my son's strange questions about the store that had nothing to do with the purchase we were making. He didn't get frustrated when my son couldn't pick which color watch or band he wanted. Unfortunately this kind young man pinched his finger in the drawer towards the end of our sale and he had to step away because it was bleeding. Please find him and give him a raise!”
“While the check-in process could be a little more clear at the entrance, I was in/ out of the store in about 30 minutes or so. The wait time was completely reasonable as there were three agents working. At first, I was a little hesitant to sign up for the streaming service that brought me in ,but Kevin remained patient, answered all my questions, and in the end put on a nice presentation. I’d go back and see him again for the mobile service which he was not at all pushy about upselling! Well done! It’s really simple, don’t be a goober and these folks will be nice to you back. It’s very possible that this store is busy on the weekends so plan ahead.”

Immediately upon the store opening at 9:00 a.m. she was working solo and inundated with two to four customers with various degrees of customer service being requested and or sales and she multitasked and handled it. Cool as a cucumber! Five stars for this young lady and her can do attitude & professionalism. It's rare these days but great to see!!”
