“I just moved here in September. So far, any issue or concerns we have moving in have been resolved by management and maintenance quickly. We love the pool and the clubhouse. I use the gym all the time and love using the hot tub. New management has made an effort to create community by adding a fancy coffee machine in the clubhouse and serving popcorn in the front office periodically. My kids love getting hot chocolate from it after school, along with popcorn and candy from the front office. So far, we have had a great experience living here!”
“I'm not one that will usually leave reviews, however as this is the first apartment I moved into I felt it was needed. From the beginning the leasing office was a big help and made the move in process seamless, answering any questions I had. I understand that every rental unit has issues every now and then. The maintenance team was always there the next day to address and fix any maintenance requests. And at the end of my lease the management team was helpful and professional in the close out process. I don't have anything but great feedback about this apartment complex.”
“Visited Montero at Dana Park today, and we were greeted by Karen and Francesca. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. Their attitude reflects a team that takes pride in what they do and truly cares about their residents and community.
In multifamily, unexpected vendor visits aren’t always easy, these offices juggle a lot every day. So when a team goes out of their way to greet you warmly, it says a lot about how the property is run. We appreciate the kindness and great energy. Thank you both for the hospitality.

Been living here for about a year now and have no complaints, everyone who works up front is very kind and helpful. Bailey has been very helpful with dealing with leases and answering questions about specific issues.”

“I am a new move in and I could not be any more pleased!!!! The staff is wonderful the maintenance is on point and the place is just a very homey and quiet community. My dog Sam is welcomed and my place is cute and quaint. I had a few things that needed to be fixed but they were fixed asap with no problems at all. Both Jamie and Monteca were very pleasant in the office and with my entire process. This is a fresh start for me and I am so pleased I chose Gentry's Walk. WOW.”

“My neighbor was drunk 100% of the time. Gun shots and shouting were normal. We were close enough to the pool to siphon the open wi-fi. The rate was very affordable at the time and the room itself had what we needed. The best part was its location for the proximity to the light rail.
Edit/Response: Oh, you must have thought that this review was recent. I was there in 2015 in room 2019 I believe.”

“I visited; and first I called to see if anything was available 3 times.No answer and no mess. available.I got there by bus. Car died 3 weeks ago. The was from the bus was back breaking. Have a really bad back. Come to find they have a list of 400 people. You must be an artist of a kind to live there. I did not see any apartments.Couldn't tell you about them. Am amenity they have is an art gallery on the 1st floor. Looks great.Good luck if you wanted to move in .”
“My experience was great with EV Suites and especially with Max. He was able to provide all the information that I needed in a very timely manner. All the areas in the offices looked very clean and the kitchen area had some great snacks! I'll definitely be working with them in the future.”

“I enjoy living here at Discovery Point. Entire staff is courteous and kind.We enjoy transportation to and from medical appointments within 6 miles, plus to various shopping and entertainment venues. This is a retirement center NOT AN ASSISSTED LIVING HOME. So don't bring your care-charge here and expect someone to take care of them. You'll have to hire a service to come here or go to a nursing home. JANET PAESE”
“Recently applied here, waiting to hear back currently but everything's looking good so far. Had to come in twice to do my tour as I made the first appointment on the website and when I got there they told me they don't do tours half an hour before they close. I had to reschedule for Monday but I did like what I saw so my fiance and I went ahead and applied and we're very much looking forward to hopefully going with the Mesa station apartments”

“It's pretty much a barracks with a general inspection twice a month. If you're coming from the streets this place is perfect. Don't expect privacy.What do you expect from "transitional" housing. Use it for what is worth and then drive tf on. Good luck.”

“This is our third year here, and we've had very few issues. In the last month, a few wear and tear things needed repaired, and Rob, our new maintenance man, has been great. He's responsive and takes care of things in a timely manner. He explains the issue and repair plan when asked. He's great with the dogs after introducing them, and we're glad he's here!”
“I would recommend this place 100%. More if I could. The new management are WONDERFUL! They actually care for us residents and are very accommodating. The maintenance crew are superb. They tend to any issues we have right away. If there are any issues within the community, the front office staff alerts us right away through email. NO, they are not pushovers but they do work with us whenever & however possible. In my opinion, you'll never find another Community quite like this one. I would definitely give this 10 Stars!”

“Lorenzo is truly the best maintenance person we’ve had! He is incredibly helpful and always responds very quickly. No matter if it’s a plumbing issue, an electrical problem, or anything else around the apartment, he fixes everything right away and does it properly. He really takes the time to understand the concern and resolves it instantly without any hassle. On top of that, he is super friendly, patient, and easy to talk to.”
