“This store is great! The manager David is always on top of things and Gupreet, one of their employees is so friendly and pleasant to deal with! My Mom use to go to a different location and I finally got her to start coming here. They are fast, friendly and consistent. I will of course keep coming and tell anyone I know that this is THE best UPS Store location!”

“Sam and Mike are absolutely amazing! I went in to have my great grandmas china shipped to New York, I was pretty nervous about it as it is irreplaceable, and they assured me it was in safe hands. They did an amazing job at boxing it, and it was delivered today in perfect condition! I am so glad that I chose to do business at this ups store, as Sam and Mike are both AMAZING employees!”

“Had a great printing experience here! We were greeted by cashier staff as soon as we walked in. We needed a few things printed but wanted to confirm they could do what we needed. Beans the printing supervisor was very friendly and helpful. He worked with us on the correct colors and offered examples before we placed our order to ensure it was exactly how we liked. He was very knowledge and attentive the entire time we were there as well. We will be back for more printing in the future!”

3409 N 7th Ave C109, Phoenix AZ 85013
“I just had a pre-labeled FedEx package to drop off. They were very patiently helping another customer and knew I was waiting, so they excused themselves long enough to help me and then went back to her. This is no different than a FedEx store front, where they scan in your item and present you the receipt. I don't ship often, but I will come back here when I do. They also sell helium balloons, so I will stop by when I need some on my way to a party at Peter Piper, right next door.”

6501 E Greenway Pkwy Ste 103, Scottsdale AZ 85254
“I had a great experience working with The UPS Store team on a full-color poster project for a musician’s upcoming event. We needed posters printed and laminated, and their team made the process easy from start to finish. They helped me talk through options, quickly shared the file specs I needed, and had the entire project ready within 24 hours. I was picking up the finished posters the next day! It is so convenient to have a professional printer I can count on for projects like this. Thank you to the whole team — you were all great to work with. Highly recommend for small or larger print projects!”

“I walked into The UPS Store carrying about thirty pounds of complications. A notary situation that had spiraled into a three-person, cross-state paper chase. The kind of knot that makes you want to gate-check your sanity and walk away. Trinity was already handling a line of customers, and she didn’t just acknowledge me—she saw me. Most people in service roles perform the Transaction Bob: a little nod, a “be right with you,” a finger held up like a pause button. Trinity conducted the room like a symphony she’d written on the spot. She got one customer’s package scanned, another’s label printed, and somehow, in the same motion, turned to me and said, “Tell me what we’re untangling today.” I explained the documents. She didn’t blink. Didn’t hand me a clipboard and hope I’d wander off. She orchestrated. While packaging a return, she pulled up the notary rules for my specific situation. While confirming a mailbox customer’s details, she had me prepping the pages that needed her stamp. It was multitasking not as chaos, but as choreography. Then she did something that practically required a membership card to a higher tier of service: she asked for the number of the person on the other end of this deal, picked up the phone, and called them herself. Right there, while sealing a box with one hand and explaining a legal line to a stranger with the other. She walked them through exactly what they needed to verify, made sure their signature would arrive correctly, and came back to me with the whole thing aligned. Gate to gate, seamless. We talk a lot about the loss of human connection, but I think what we actually miss is competence that cares. Trinity has it. She’s not just an employee—she’s a pilot, navigating the turbulence of a busy store and landing every passenger safely. The back of a loyalty card says “Elite,” but it doesn’t mean anything. Trinity defines it. If you’re shipping yourself through life and need a moment of rare, flawless service, ask for her. She’s a rock star who doesn’t need a stage. Just a counter, a notary stamp, and a line of grateful customers who just experienced the smoothest connection they never expected to find.”

“We have used this Pack n Ship location as a mail and general business service center since 2010. The business has changed hands 3 times in the following 15 + years and each owner offered reasonable services. It changed dramatically for the better though, in about 2017/18 when Les and Deborah F. acquired the location and began a series of service improvements. These have included refinements and upgrades from mailing options to passport photos, to fingerprinting, to document shredding, printing flyers and brochures, document finishing, a range of office supplies, coordinated shipping with FedEx/UPS/DHL/USPS, stamps and even notary public services. I used other groups/companies for many of the above services - until I discovered how unique this location was, beginning when Les and Deborah acquired the business. Les seems like he is always there . He and his associates make this family owned business a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!”

“I had the best experience with Mail Room AZ. My mom passed away and I wanted to ship a very important piece of artwork, she had, from Scottsdale to Milwaukee. This piece of artwork was very special to me and I wanted to make sure it was shipped safely. I spoke to Idalia, the owner, and she walked me through everything. Idalia agreed to pick up the artwork from the skilled nursing facility, and she packed it so well. A few days later, it arrived at our home in Milwaukee in perfect condition. I highly recommend Mail Room AZ for any shipping needs, including art work.”

“Friday August 23rd 8:30 am people are lined up at the store and Isabelle is working by herself. She was kind, patient, helpful to all of us despite some idiot that kept speed dialing the phone despite Isabelle asking them to hold while she helped the customers who were in the store! Isabelle you did an amazing job and you will be successful in life, don’t let the rude idiots of the world get in your way. Give Isabelle a raise! She deserves it!”

“Alex was such a HUGE help with several packages that needed to go overseas. The mailbox service is also top notch. I had a move overseas and he ALSO helped my friend with getting several boxes left behind squared away to the right recipients. And most of this was done while I was already overseas. I'm forever grateful for Alex and ShipRite for all their help!”
