“Luxury combined with history at the resort designed by the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright is a place where dignitaries for to relax.Perfectly manicured grounds and a special shout out to the florist for the potted arrangements on site for his spectacular creations and to Michael by the pool who did everything to assure I was comfortable and happy.That bed tho! “We had spent several days camping in the wilderness, so we decided to splurge at the Westin for the last night of our trip. To say this was a great decision is an understatement.
The location is fantastic, with restaurants close by and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars on Roosevelt Row.
The service was absolutely stellar, especially Drew at the front desk. He took care of all of our needs both at the hotel and for recommendations in the area. He also searched his inventory and upgraded our room, which was an unexpected treat. Having an oversized room after a week in a tent made for a great last day of vacation, and I have Drew and the Westin to thank for that.”

“Hotel was extremely clean, affordable and located perfectly in walking distance to most places. The front staff even let us check in and check out a couple hours before and after our normal time to accommodate our flight times. Breakfast was also really good especially the waffles.”

“Truly one of my favorite stays. The rooms were very clean. I stayed in the third floor and it was really quiet and comfortable. The space in the room was enough for our stuff. Good smokeless hotel, no weird smells. The breakfast consist of average options(ie, eggs, sausage, bagel, toast, pancakes, yogurt & cereal) which is more than enough for a quick bite. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“The Hilton garden inn is in downtown, and doesn't have a attached parking lot, so if you want to park you have to either park at the parking structure nearby (30 per day), or do valet (45 per day). Either option is pretty expensive.
The breakfast is really nice, but a little bit pricey. Pictured is the cinnamon roll pancake breakfast.
The rooms are nice and clean, and the fitness center is relatively spacious. The hotel is easy to get to, but like I mentioned parking isn't great.”

“I had a great experience at this hotel. The manager, Matthew, was extremely helpful, and was willing to give me an early check in and late check out to accommodate my flight/travel schedule, which I was very grateful for after long travel. The room was clean and had a great layout. Perfect location as across the street is a Walmart, Starbucks, and great restaurants.”

“The BEST part of the hotel in my opinion is the BED! It was super comfortable — along with the pillows and bedding. I slept like a baby the whole time. The bathroom area was very nice and felt chic and modern. The view was also incredible. I also have to mention that the staff was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable the whole stay. The front desk gentlemen even grabbed me a water upon arrival before I went to my room. If all that isn't enough, the location is AMAZING and is in the heart of downtown Phoenix.”
“My partner and I wanted to splurge for a special anniversary celebration and it was absolutely amazing! This hotel is a gem - from the uniquely designed space to the spotlessly clean rooms equipped with thoughtful amenities like a fridge and Keurig. The AC was a dream, offering us respite from the outside heat, and the views from our rooms were absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn't have been better; it truly added to the overall experience.
And let's talk about the staff - they were outstanding! From the warm welcome to going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, they truly knocked it out of the park. Imagine our delight when we found out that all our rooms were ready early; talk about starting the celebration off on the right foot!
While there was a slight hiccup with our cabana reservation but it was resolved the issue swiftly turning what could have been a disappointment into a perfect solution.
The pool bartender's dedication shone through as she single-handedly catered to a bustling crowd with grace and efficiency.
I wouldn't think twice about staying here again. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our special weekend so memorable!”

I was so thankful because of my breastmilk. I was able to keep it frozen due traveling.Food & drinks: The breakfast was the best one I have in a long while at a hotel. Definitely has a nice variety.”
“Love staying at this hotel! The rooms are airy and bright with mid-century modern furnishing. Boozy popsicles upon check-in, and a poolside bar with fun drinks and food. The location is great and is next to a cafe, restaurant, bookstore/bar, and Cartel coffee.

“Stayed in 2 adjoining rooms, the space was great: full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths.
There were a few issues, including a washing machine drain hose which leaked all over the kitchen.. the staff came promptly to fix / clean it up. Then, there was a water main issue and we lost water for a number of hours.
However, the hotel is in a great location, very close to highway / shopping centre Desert Ridge. Old town Scottsdale ~20 mins drive.
The lobby was quite small. Lots of activities to do within the hotel, pools, volleyball, table tennis, gym etc.”

“This Holiday Inn definitely stays on my list. Clean rooms with a reasonable price and a good location. The rooms TV has a chromecast support which I really liked. The breakfast is Holiday Inn standard and fairly good. Fitness center is in a good shape.

“I had a great stay. Check in process was quick and easy. I love the mash up of art with the hotel. The rooms are big. I stayed in the king size room. The air conditioning worked great. The bed was comfortable. A recommendation for improvement would be for a shower curtain to be installed because whenever I showered water would get all over near the bathroom and it wouldn’t dry quick enough so I would either have to dry it or wear shoes to not get my feet or socks wet. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The train is a couple of feet away. Other places of business nearby.
Rooms: The beds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The shower is spacious with a bench to sit. They should put a shower curtain to avoid a wet floor near the bathroom. They should put a towel rack underneath the sink for easy access. Air conditioning was worked great and kept the room cool.
Walkability: Train station feet away.
Food and drinks: Good at the hotel was delicious. A little pricey but great taste.”

“My wife and I have been staying here for over a month and we love it.. the location is close to my job which is a plus! Very quiet and laid back. The staff is awesome and very helpful.Rooms: Our room is very comfortable.. WiFi, kitchenette, tv, pullout, table and chairs are included.Safety: We come out to smoke and nobody bothers us. Very peaceful are.Walkability: You can walk around or take a bus. Bus locations are very close by which is a BIG PLUS!!”

“The room was really great unfortunately it was a little warm in the rooms. I had a king suite my bedroom. I had to keep the air conditioner on 65 to keep the air on and then outside of the bedroom was just really warm. Other than that, it was an excellent room. It was in clean condition and I really enjoyed the stay.”
