“Nice hotel. It’s an older hotel but the rooms were impressive. Super big and comfortable. They had a nice size living space, kitchenette and large bedroom with double sink vanity. The continental breakfast was nicely stocked with good selection. Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Will definitely stay again.”

“Luxury combined with history at the resort designed by the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright is a place where dignitaries for to relax.Perfectly manicured grounds and a special shout out to the florist for the potted arrangements on site for his spectacular creations and to Michael by the pool who did everything to assure I was comfortable and happy.That bed tho! Literally slept on a cloud! ☁️”
“We had spent several days camping in the wilderness, so we decided to splurge at the Westin for the last night of our trip. To say this was a great decision is an understatement.
The location is fantastic, with restaurants close by and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars on Roosevelt Row.
The service was absolutely stellar, especially Drew at the front desk. He took care of all of our needs both at the hotel and for recommendations in the area. He also searched his inventory and upgraded our room, which was an unexpected treat. Having an oversized room after a week in a tent made for a great last day of vacation, and I have Drew and the Westin to thank for that.”

“I normally don’t leave reviews for hotels, but since our stay was exceptional, I had to leave a review. VERY convenient location for shopping, eating, and generally getting to sights and activities in the area. But it was the courteous staff and extremely responsive service from the moment we arrived that made me want to take the time to leave a review. Every single area of this hotel is spotless. Every time our family of 6 needed extra towels or bedding, it was moments away. Incredible! Breakfast is what I’ve come to expect, and it wasn’t a disappointment. Well done, Holiday Inn Express!”

“The front desk staff was exceptional! I apologize for not remembering their name, but they were incredibly welcoming.
We had issues with our flights and missed a night of our stay, and as soon as we arrived at the hotel, they made our trip so much better. They were kind, understanding, and checked us in quickly so we could rest right away.
Breakfast was great, and while this isn’t a five-star hotel, it met our expectations. The room was clean and we had no issues at all.
Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!”
“Spent two nights over the thanksgiving holiday at the hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. For being in the autograph collection and the price, I did expect the rooms to be a little cleaner. There was mold in the shower and as a nonsmoker, it smelled as if the previous guests smoked in the room. However after one night the smell dissipated.
The restaurant coffee wasn’t that good, but the breakfast was very good, about $20 a person.
Parking is $40 valet which is charged separately and not to the hotel bill. However there is an AMC theater next door with parking for $16 a night for a cheaper option. Otherwise no other parking.
The hotel is in a great location for restaurants and the Phoenix mountain preserve for hiking.”
“Pros: Friendly and proffesional staff, very clean and modern, quiet, comfy beds, large smart tvs, nice showers (warm water, good pressure, spacious, rain mode) Delicious breakfast buffet with a la carte entree included (worth the $20pp).
Cons: No airport shuttle, small walk to transit, no decaf coffee for breakfast, toilet seat in room was a little loose, conditioner was empty.”
“Best hotel for traveling with two small pets. No pet fee big clean rooms. Service can be better but you can’t beat it for the price. Thank you for being dog friendly to well behaved dogs”
“I wish I had taken more photos of this beautiful space! The rooms were amazing. My wife and I got a room and my brother in law and his wife did also. Our room “210” was close to the road and definitely loud. But I downloaded a fan sound app and it totally drowned out any road noise. They had one on the bottom near the pool with a fire pit. Definitely would recommend splurging a little to get that one. Everything is so well thought out and the staff was all so accommodating and helpful! We will definitely add this place to our list of “Must go back” don’t even get me started on the amazing shower! The hottest of hot water and such great water pressure + the height of the shower head makes for an amazing shower!”

“My room was clean and comfortable, the location was great for where I needed to go which was 4 minutes away, the service is the reason I am giving 5 stars and it all goes to ASHLEY!!! Ashley was so amazing for the brief time i met her. She made me felt like she has known me for years and had me laughing so much!! She made my stay here fun and my job is having me come back in 2 weeks for a week stay, and because of Ashley I am choosing to stay here. When I got checked in I didnt feel welcomed or friendly service at all, everyone else was very nice and sweet but I feel that Ashley goes out of her way to get to know everyone and make us feel as if we are at home in an unknown place. THAT is what brings returning guests!! I was even going to go stay somewhere else but since I met Ashley, this hotel is keeping my companies business as long as she works here.”

“The Hilton garden inn is in downtown, and doesn't have a attached parking lot, so if you want to park you have to either park at the parking structure nearby (30 per day), or do valet (45 per day). Either option is pretty expensive.
The breakfast is really nice, but a little bit pricey. Pictured is the cinnamon roll pancake breakfast.
The rooms are nice and clean, and the fitness center is relatively spacious. The hotel is easy to get to, but like I mentioned parking isn't great.”

“Beautiful property. Well maintained and very clean. These are vacation club units that are like condos. Our unit was very nice, very clean and the kitchen was well supplied with all utensils. The nature walk led by Jean was awesome. Jean was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love this place.”

“Only stayed here due to American Airlines delaying my flight. If I ever come back this way definitely would consider this hotel.Rooms: Had a nice sized refrigerator. “Absolutely loved our stay! The cleanest hotel I have stayed in a long time. And I am saying this as an Airbnb owner. The pool was wonderful and heated with great hot tub. The suits were wonderful for cooking(see meals we prepared). My only wish was that they had gluten free options for breakfast. Unfortunately pretty much everything was out of bounds to me as a celiac.”

“I’m a multi year Marriott BonVoy Ambassador member, and have stayed here regularly. I’m generally pretty tough on Marriott when they don’t live up to their prices and brand, but this one does. Very friendly staff who care, go above and beyond, and try to take care of their guests - making it noticeably better for frequent guests. Clean rooms, prompt service, and a decent lounge. “This place was a saving grace after a horrible night. We originally booked at another hotel (my mistake) but they overbooked and cancelled our room at 8pm when we were on our way. We were over 100miles from home at a sport event for my daughter. After a terrible situation, the courtyard was my saving grace. The room was clean, the front desk person was so understanding. The shower was great and much needed. Thank you Mariott for consistently delivering a solid stay for me and my family.”

“My wife and I have been staying here for over a month and we love it.. the location is close to my job which is a plus! Very quiet and laid back. “What a fun, fabulous find! A good size hotel that has a boutique vibe. Art is their main focus featuring local artists. All work available for purchase. Room had an industrial NY loft feel which we really loved. Views from room were great. Historic brick church next door with downtown city lights in the distance. Bar and restaurant off the lobby. Vibe was lively and food was delicious. Great staff. A definite do over. Finding the entrance off the street and parking were the only minor struggle. Other than that, if you want something a little out of the ordinary but pristine clean and fun, this definitely fits the bill.”
“Decent hotel and rooms, lay out can be a bit challenging. Fire alarm 1st thing in the morning and the fact the staff was unable to silence for 15 minutes was unpleasant”
