They were attentive, patient, and made sure I had everything I needed.
I was greeted right at the door and helped by several staff members, including the manager, which I only realized later.
While I was there, I saw them deal with a rude customer calmly and professionally, and then go right back to being friendly with me, like nothing had happened.
Seeing this made me really appreciate how well they handled the situation.
It’s easy for people to leave negative reviews and assume the staff could have done better, but maybe they should show a little more respect.

Hoka is a shoe brand that is known for comfort. The M Clifton 10 1162030/OLTM was the one we settled on, beige color. If you want waterproof, the black one offers Goretex. But during the summer, white or off white is better to deflect heat, black would absorb heat, making your feet hotter in the summer months.
The sales person was very pleasant, patient, helping us try out different colors. Hoka is a US product, and if comfort is what you need in a shoe, Hoka will fill that need. Foot Locker has always been a good shopping experience. Register as a customer for a slight future discount on a future pair of shoes.”
