“Cricket Wireless is the discount version of AT&T. They even gave me a new phone in preparation of the 5G switch. The woman at the Downtown Berkeley store was really good at handling the switch to the new phone -- it took just about 20-30 minutes. Her name is Tina. I LOVE having a store in downtown -- and I strongly recommend Cricket (Discount AT&T) to students, older people, or anyone who likes a bargain! “Rick and Sanran at the Berkeley Verizon was just amazing. So lovely and looking out for my best interest financially because I had lost my phone. Then they called through to the Pinole Verizon store and I went over there to pick up the phone because the Berkeley store was out of 16s. They were just lovely as well in pinole. A lovely young woman who was just so patient and lovely and stayed behind the 8 o’clock close time just to finish up my setup. I would recommend these two Verizon stores to everyone.”
