“My experience with AT&T with Valerie was excellent. Valerie did an excellent job with getting me transferred from Verizon to AT&T with ease. While she waited on me she would always look up and greet each person as they came in the store. All the employees were very courteous and helpful. Valerie deserves a 10 for her excellent service”

Then they called through to the Pinole Verizon store and I went over there to pick up the phone because the Berkeley store was out of 16s. They were just lovely as well in pinole. A lovely young woman who was just so patient and lovely and stayed behind the 8 o’clock close time just to finish up my setup. I would recommend these two Verizon stores to everyone.”

“Michael Z, the manager at this store, did an outstanding job resolving my issue. As a first time customer of AT&T, I was about to give up on this company. Long story that includes online purchase during Black Friday, cancellations on orders without my approval, UPS delivery of box without the iPhone 17 (seems like an inside job at UPS with double taping of the package), multiple security and fraud checks, and countless hours on the phone with multiple managers. It's almost like ATT does not want my business!
ALERT: If your phone is stolen during the delivery process, the ATT process makes you feel blamed as if you are the criminal. Despite multiple explanations to service reps, it doesn't appear that they document. Fraud team denies requests.
Enter Michael Z. His efficiency, quickness, patient, caring and customer service approach won me back to give a last chance. I can't say the same of the workers at other branch stores.
Moving forward, should I have any more issues with ATT, I will be coming in store to work with Michael.

“I came into this store on Friday 8/7/26 around 5:30pm or so. I was distraught! My Dad switched my phone from T-Mobile to his account with AT&T because I asked him to :) and that started the day before. He lives in TX and I think the rep out there was doing something shady but that’s a review for that store. Anyway, I was on hour 28 with no service to my iPhone, green bubbles for iMessages, just all the things were going wrong. Lamar was a gem, as soon as I walked in the door he was trying to help me. I was there so long he had to take his lunch and I was still on the phone with AT&T with no luck. Then Christian the manager steps in and he miraculously taps into my settings and fixes all the problems. Messages coming through, phone calls can be made, blue iMessages… just amazing! Thank you both so much for your assistance. I’ll be in soon for my upgrade :)”

“Went to this store to buy a phone and by the time I got rang up the amount due had increased by $100. I questioned muhammad who got really upset. He provide horrible customer service. He was so upset because I did not want all the extras he had added to the plan. I finally bought the phone but he did not help me set up my phone. However , there was another representative present at the store his name is Hamza , he was the reason why I gave the higher stars. If you ever go to this store wait to get service from Hamza . He was patient, polite, really helpful and a true example of what good customers service should be like. Thanks for the great service Hamza.”

“Cody and his team were absolutely amazing! I guess I got there at the perfect time because the wait was very short before the next representative was available. I had recently relocated to San Francisco and needed to set up my new iPhone 16 ProMax. Not only was the process seamless, but I was able to complete my upgrade and convert all my old information to my new phone in a matter of minutes. I was a little concerned about protecting my new phone because most stores did not carry any cases for the new iPhone 16 ProMax. However, Cody was able to assist me with the purchase of a heavy duty case in store since I tend to drop my phone quite often. I can honestly say I was 100% satisfied with my overall experience at ATT near the Target off Geary Blvd and Masonic Ave. If you need a perfect spot to park for FREE, this is the location. Just park at the target and walk down the stairs near Masonic Ave. I promise you that every person in this place is friendly and will help you with all your ATT needs. I got lucky and picked the perfect location.”

She looked up multiple codes without an attitude and tried different options. She was a pleasure!! There are a couple of things that I'm unsure of. “Yes the young man that was therd all by himself as two employees called off and he did a great job handling 4 customers at same time. Resolved my broken phone situation and even got me set up to AT&T install fiber optic for my television service as I have Xfinity and I sure want it to be my ex. We are so unhappy with their service but great to find out AT&T can handle that for us with better picture quality can't see enough about the young man. I forget his name that helped me and my wife, but you should give him a raise immediately. I was sold as soon as he told me he used to work for Xfinity and understood my unhappy with them for the last couple of years it's been really terrible so I'm looking forward to get TV service from you guys too thanks for being there. I meant Wifi thats Att is offering in my area via fibre optic!”
