I came in needing a new phone and help with my internet, fully expecting it to be a stressful process. Instead, Emily made everything incredibly easy.
She was friendly, patient, and somehow managed to track down the last blue 512GB iPhone for me when I thought I was out of luck. She got everything set up, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with my new phone and internet service working perfectly.
Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Emily genuinely went above and beyond. If you visit this Verizon store, ask for Emily—you’ll be glad you did.
And I also wanted to mention that the entire team at this store was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and willing to help. You can tell there’s a great culture here, and it shows in the customer experience. Kudos to the whole team for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive one.”

Katt knew exactly how to unblock my iPhone. Overall A+ for Katt.. If Noone can not help you with your ATT issues, come to this location and Ask for Katt.. I had to return 2 days later bc TMibile block my ATT again. Katt was day off but Janine remembered me and enthusiastically resolved the issue for me with patience. Wish more employees are like Katt and Janine. Maybe the manager can encourage all their employees to help customers like Katt and Janine instead of sitting there playing their phones etc...
