“Had two old cell phones and looked up where to sell them. PCS connection came up and I read the reviews. Seemed like a good honest place, and indeed they proved it. R8ght whem I called to ask if they boufht used phones the man told me they do but I'd probably get a better price on offerup, etc. I just wanted to be rid of my old phones and so I brought them in. After looking over my phones, he told me they were so old that he could only give me ten bucks and so I told him to just give me $5. I'm not starving and I was heartened by one of his reviews where a lady complimented them on being helpful and patient and generous. And now I know where to go for cell phone repairs and maybe I'll go here first when I need a new phone.”

“My experience at this Verizon store was amazing. I went about 30 mins before closing. Sales associate Sarah Awad and District manager Gian Velasquez both helped me replace my screen protector. But it didn't end there. We struck up a great conversation, during which Gian gladly went next door to the pavilions to grab snacks and drinks for us. I felt like I was talking to two friends rather than them selling me a product. Even though Verizon's business practices might not be the most consumer friendly, Sarah and Gian worked their hardest to make me feel at home. Thanks both of you!”

“I rented for 9 days and the cost is just $110 plus tax without pre-paid airtime charge.
The other satellite phone rental company usually charge about $100 pre-paid airtime (about 50 minutes) charge which I don't need because it is just for emergency.”
“I called about home internet. The woman working there rememberd me from a phone conversation from the day before. When I walked in she had the equipment at hand, and got me out the door within 10 minutes! What a pro! I will never regret switching my mobile, and internet service to metro. “I’m happy, happy, happy! Spectrum is dependable and their customer service is excellent. They aren’t perfect, but they work to make things right.
I’ll take it any day over my previous experience with Verizon’s degradation in service, price gouging, lying customer service reps. And, every time I called Verizon with a technical issue, their solution was for me to pay more. We were very hesitant to leave Verizon because they have excellent coverage. However, my interactions with their customer service made me question whether I was on the TV show “Punked” with Ashton Kutcher.
Spectrum still values people and relationships with their customers. I’ve been very happy with my wi-fi service over the past 7+ years, so I just switched over my cellular service to Spectrum since they use Verizon’s network. Spectrum’s pricing is 37% of Verizon’s with 100% better customer service. So far, I’m ecstatic about the switch (2 phone lines at an introductory rate of $50 a month. 50 gigs of 5G speeds (it will slow after reaching 50 gigs). That price also includes 10 gigs of personal hot spot @ 5G speeds as well. After a year the price goes up to $69; they promise to never raise rates (TBD). Even with the increase, it’s still 51% of my prior Verizon bill.

“Verizon is the best in the Area, imho, although I had a surprisingly good experience at the Brentwood AT&T store. I came in all ready to have a talk to the hand experience but that isn’t what happened. Some of the customers were confused about why they were there but no one seemed overly rude and demanding. Both Brentwood stores had heightened security and employees who seemed to be satisfied. I enjoyed both, but still want to know the best provider for wired internet available for my 1998 home located near Big Break? Any ideas?”
