Associate was attentive and walked to the store introducing me to different pieces of equipment and helping me make the choice that I needed to buy a phone without purchasing more machine than necessary. Purchase was fast and flawless, stepped out for lunch and came back and all of my data has been transferred for me. I love my new phone. Livermore staff needs either to be retrained or replaced.
