We have been going there for many years and just when I thought we would order our new 77inch TV from Costco, we decided to check Video Only and they beat the Costco price! We all know Costco has the lowest prices so I wasn’t even going to call but I am glad that we did. Video Only gave us $500 trade-in on our old TV. That was what we paid for it over 8 years ago. “Walked in after a bad experience at the Livermore location, was immediately greeted with a smile and all of my questions were answered. Associate was attentive and walked to the store introducing me to different pieces of equipment and helping me make the choice that I needed to buy a phone without purchasing more machine than necessary.
