“I had to reach out personally regarding the PAXIO on-boarding experience to say that I could not be happier with the extraordinary customer-centric level of care I have received throughout a busy workday today despite a few surprises along the way.First, Renae called me around 9:30 AM to let me know that the technician would need to prioritize a network performance issue over my 10 AM installation. We agreed to reschedule for mid-afternoon.Second, tech supervisor Jose called me around 1 PM to finesse the technician's exact arrival window. In addition, he promised to provide an extra credit on our account for the timing change inconvenience since we already received the first month free.Third, tech Yurny arrived around 2 PM nearly half an hour before the promised deadline and once buzzed into the building, patiently waited for our front desk person to return from a late lunch before coming up so he could collect the ISP closet key himself.Fourth, Yurny immediately completed a quick walk-through of our unit and honed in on our condo-level ISP closet. After a quick trip upstairs to the central ISP closet on the 4th floor, he came back down and completed a successful speed test on his Macbook showing symmetrical speeds in the ideal ~950 Mbps range.Fifth, Yurny patiently waited while I rebooted my routers to restore our network to active broadcast configuration while completing my own speed tests before he departed. On his way out the door, he shook my hand and gave me his cell number if I encounter any issues going forward.Could not recommend more highly! You won't regret giving PAXIO your business!”

“Listen, I’ll keep this short and sweet.

I spent well over three hours on the phone with Verizon customer service in the middle of the night trying to get a number that had already been ported attached to my phone. The number came from a CRM that used VoIP, and Verizon already had it in their system. The problem was simply getting it connected as the second eSIM on my phone. Somehow that turned into an endless loop of transfers and troubleshooting that went nowhere.

All that actually needed to happen was one small step. Delete the second eSIM that wasn’t connecting, reactivate it, and start the setup again. That’s it. Nobody on the phone could tell me that.

So the next day I went into the store.

There was a slow customer ahead of me who clearly needed a lot of help with basic phone stuff. Then another guy who wasn’t exactly rude but kept pushing for exceptions the employees obviously couldn’t give. Through all of it, I watched Konnor handle both of them with patience and kindness.

By the time I sat down, I was doing my best to stay pleasant after wasting three hours the night before going in circles and getting nowhere.

I explained to Konnor what was going on. Within seconds he knew exactly what the issue was and what the next step needed to be. We fixed it, my second line is now working exactly as it should, and the whole thing took maybe ten minutes. He even took a couple extra minutes to double-check everything to make sure it was fully set up correctly.

Anyway, if you ever have an issue with your phone and end up at this Verizon store, be nice to Konnor. He knows his stuff.

And after 21 years as a Verizon customer, he’s easily one of the best in-store employees I’ve dealt With.”

“These guys are great, had solid service from them for over a year with no complaints at a good rate.

Only one unplanned outage in that time, resolved promptly and with little trouble from me as a tech came promptly to replace their equipment.
One planned outage in that time, from 2am-5am so I didn't notice.

Their techs are knowledgeable about networking and generally much more able to help than the ones at larger corporations.

Another thing I'd like to highlight is their excellent customer service. It's possible to reach a human on the phone very quickly and they are usually highly competent. Even more outstanding, it is extremely easy to cancel with them-- at the end of my time with them, I called and had service cancelled before a billing date the next day.”

“Jim is great. He runs Brand-X super professionally and has a deep understanding of network setups and concerns. They piggy back off ATT, so you do have to worry about ATT being spotty and shafting bandwidth lessees, but this is the case with many of the big companies too (many just use the others' infrastructure in a given place). Billing is honest and accurate, and services is second to none. The only reason not to use Brand-X is if you need guaranteed uptime like a business line, but otherwise they're the best in the Bay!”

“I recently visited this Xfinity store and had such a great experience that I felt it was worth sharing, especially because my last visit to a different location was an absolute nightmare where I felt like I was at a circus with all the chaos that was going on. The difference was truly a complete 180.

From the moment I walked in, team member Naseem, was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. He made the process smooth and stress-free, which was a huge relief compared to my past experience. David, the Store manager, was equally amazing, extremely attentive, accommodating to all of my requests, and double-checking that everything was done correctly on my account before I left.

The level of professionalism and genuine care they both showed made all the difference. I walked out feeling confident and satisfied, which is something I didn’t think I’d say about an Xfinity store after my last encounter. Big thanks to David and Naseem for completely turning around my perception and showing what excellent customer service looks like! The entire staff at this location is very professional and also makes sure that customers feel welcomed and acknowledged once they walk through the door. They also all get along and you can feel the positive energy amongst the team members.

For anyone considering going to this Xfinity store that’s having second thoughts because of the store review rating, please reconsider because they care and value customer experiences.
