“It's a very good post office, if there weren't so many people it's a 5 star post office. Nice, knowledgeable staff who always get my mail out where it needs when it needs to be out. Diligent about clearing out the drop boxes regularly, and good at giving tips.
But it's just so busy! You'd spend longer driving to any other post office than waiting in the line, sure, but it's a hassle if you need to stand in line.”
“The customer service here is excellent. Whether you need a check cashed, money wired or a mailbox, this family owned business is a great location to take care of those needs. I have been a patron of this location for well over 12 years and have gotten to know the owners. They truly look out for their customers and will do what they can to take care of you as a customer.”
“Came in about 30 minutes before closing and it was absolute chaos. One of the busiest post office scenes I’ve ever seen. Huge shoutout to Elaine for handling it all with incredible grace. She stayed kind, patient, and professional the entire time. Not many people could manage that level of pressure so well. She was excellent!”

“Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!
Assuredly cheaper than those other large commercial shippers too.”

“This review isn’t necessarily about the service at this site, but I wanted to leave a kind word for mailman Dan. I had 2 packages that were missing- delivered to a different address and he was able to locate them and get them to me. Dan really went above and beyond and had a very friendly demeanor. Thank you so much. The packages might not have been very expensive but they were sentimental.”
“I have always had a great experience at this post office. It can sometimes be a little busy but it is nice to be able to do a lot of self services here (letter drop offs, flat rate product pickup, etc ).The staff has always been very competent and helpful when I have needed anything.”
“This U.S. Post Office location is usually not busy at all, which I really like. Overall, the service is great and the place is convenient. The only thing they could improve is customer attention at the front desk, because most of the time there’s no one there and you have to wait or ring the bell to get help. “So this is the best post office I've ever worked with there's a guy there and I don't remember his name but yet he's a large white guy with a beard he is fabulous with customers I'll find out his name when I go there today and update this but he is fabulous there was an Asian guy that worked there and he was great too. White guy bent over backwards to make sure the customers there are satisfied”

“This is my go to post office because I live like 3 blocks away. Unless you have a stick up your boots, this place isn't bad. Just do what you need to do and get out. Since I come here often, I figured out that they often don't open the parking lot in the mornings until like 10 or a little later because the mailmen are packing their cars. So i compromise and park at either the KFC or the supermarket's parking lot. Other than that I can always find a spot in the post office's parking lot. Also, probably because of all the complaint, the customer service seems to have gotten better over the years.”
“I don’t know why this location doesn’t have great reviews I went in for my passport… And I was assisted immediately by Alina. She was so kind ..so awesome and I was literally out of there in like 20 minutes… It was my first time for the passport process and she made it so smooth. Definitely recommend this place for anything and everything post related.!!”

Box, and (like the name) more. Post office is full of lines, 25 clocked-in employees, but only 1 behind the counter. Go to Mail Plus More and save your time and patience. It's worth it!”
“I've been coming here for years. Does it get busy? Yes! If you're in a hurry, go to the larger branch on grand or one of those private shipping stores. Otherwise, this place is great. Nice, informative staff, classy older lobby. Always a pleasure to visit.”

He understands that the younger generation are not as familiar with the services at the mail office and he was very patient to assist me with what I needed. “A post office is a post office. I was here today at 12:15 PM and only two people waiting in line. There were plenty employees keeping any type of waiting to just a few minutes. There are two handicap parking spaces. However, if you don't know exactly where it is, it may be a little difficult to recognize the building.”
