“Sam and Jenny were so kind! I went in today with a very noisy home button on my iPhone that desperately needs an upgrade. Sam was so great and diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in a minute. Turns out it was a loose screw causing the home button to vibrate and make a loud buzzing sound. I was expecting it to be something awful and forever broken, but it was a simple fix for Sam. Thank you! Sam is excellent at troubleshooting all phones no matter the make or model. “My iPhone got wet and wouldn’t power up. I thought my contacts were backed up with iCloud and with Verizon backup but only about 1/3 of them were. My text messages were backed up but most of them were only identified by numbers instead of by name - thousands of them- total nightmare. They took my phone apart and connected a portion of it to their equipment and were able to upload all of the missing data from it. It took a week and cost $300 but it saved me a lot of time. Huge relief, thanks!”

“I have been through the runaround. I’ve been to three different AT&T stores, and finally the store knew how to get what I needed. The manager, Alex set me straight. He corrected my name after another location in Alameda butchered it. Even after I told Samuel that wasn’t my name, and now I couldn’t do many things with my account. However, if it wasn’t for Chris, who was trained properly, and knew to seek his manager to help me with my situation after it being a simple fix. ATT needs more people like Robert.. He's very professional, polite, and prompt making sure his customers are not waiting to be helped a long time. There were 4 other employees that were on the same shift 2 of the girls were either new or just didn’t care about their job. Anyhow, I appreciate your help Robert!!!

“Rohan was amazing! We came in for a device change and an upgrade and Rohan took the time to help us and was super patient. It was taking a while to back up our devices especially mine since I have over 200GB of data and we hit a snag with switching my device to my family member not activating the new device but he stayed well after store hours to get everything fixed and us leaving with our devices up and running.
