“Great customer service by A young lady named Keysee. She is very polite, calm and prompt to help. Her energy is very soothing and she is very attentive. I give her 10 stars if I could. Hopefully manager knows how blessed they are to have her working there. We need more people like Keysee. ?”
“One of the better ross's. For this location I usually find more opportunities to buy things vs other ross's. I think it's because people don't want to come all the way to this location as often just for ross when other locations are closer and walmart is over shadows it. So what I mean is by more opportunities is that I have a hard time finding shoes (8.5), shirts (small or xs), jeans (28x30), Jackets/sweaters (small) in my sizes. I usually find something here. If I got to any other ross, I probably won't find a decent shoe in my size or jacket or shirt in my size. I'm more likely to find 28x30 here than at any other ross if I'm being honesy. I can even find xmas gifts easily or simple wallets or glasses or workout equipment when I need to. A bit neater than other ross's too. Only thing is it's far and it's a gamble if you are trying to look for a specific clothing item”
“Couldn’t find a specific phone charger. Employee in electronics walked me to the right aisle, pointed out the cheaper option that works just as well. Saved me a few bucks.”
“Interesting place. We didn’t know what it was but decided to stop by it since we were at Dicks Sporting Goods anyway. The kids had a blast looking around and we ended up grabbing a few small toys and some candies.”
“I was at the store at like 1pm on Friday and absolutely no employees in the floor. Had to walk a bit to get checked out. I found like two employees working in the back. I guess doing inventory or stocking something. They seem understaffed and people could’ve easily stole stuff”
“Quality/Quantity - Review based on the return my wife did today. Our Reno Walmart gave my daughter a hard time with a return, so since we were in the South Bay this week, we stopped by and had NO problems at all! Atmosphere - Consistent. Plenty of mall parking. Current departments - Pharmacy, auto care, vision center, wireless services, garden center, photo center, bakery, deli, grocery, liquor, etc. Service - 5 stars for GREAT customer service. Price - Inexpensive. Best prices, I never compare/check prices as they are the low cost leader. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1969, as the world's largest company by revenue (2022), $648+ billion sales (2024); 50+ stores in Nevada and 309+ stores in California (2022). 1962 Walmart Discount City. 1969 Walmart Inc. 1970 Walmart Stores Inc.”
“In these days when things are so expensive Burlington still offers people like us a hope to survive. The prices are very competetive and affordable. The variety is good and useful. Service is good.”
“They have nice shorts and shirts for boys and tall teens. Not sure why they were making us wait outside even though there were hardly any customers inside.they did not have fitting rooms available”
