“Great prices compared to online shopping. I saw a jacket that I have been eyeing for but there’s no available XS size. However, the sale associate was helpful and offered to order online in the store and ship it for free instead with the same price that they were offering at the store. I checked the online price and it was 19.48% off sale while the store offered more discount at 60%. So overall, it was worth it to go to the store. They have friendly sales associates who would check on your needs. First time shopping here and I had a good experience so far.”

“Update:I went back 2 weeks later and bought a pair of shoes. This time the lady told me she had 20 years of experience. I think she just needs a vacation maybe some paid time off to recover from being overworked. Life is stressful you never know what someone is going through.
Terrible experience I was trying on these shoes and the lady working there literally shoed me out of the aisle to a bench where a stranger was sitting. Left the store without making a purchase and I really wanted to buy the shoes I was just trying them on and deciding which ones I wanted. Poor customer service they need to leave the customers alone.”

“They take a really long to ship online orders and when you contact them for customer service, they're not terribly helpfulHaving said that, they have excellent clothing and I'd you get it at the right time, good deals. I love their fleece hoodies in particular, which are comfortable enough to wear during cold nights, and nice looking enough to wear outside the house. I'll continue shopping on their website, though I wish they started using UPS. Their shipping through FedEx takes far too long and is fraught with delays, so when ordering, plan on it taking some 18-days for it to arrive.”

“ecco shoes are so comfortable and good quality! Im a new fan! The staff here is so friendly and the girl joann who was helping me reccomended me different style shoes. Bought more shoes than I first intended but joann did bring up a good point "think of it like an investment". She even helped me try to take care of my shoes longer with shoe care. I will come back for the holidays to shop for my family! Customer service was great and ecco shoes are so stylish and comfy!”
“I came shopping for my newborn and found so many cute things and there was a nice sale happening as well. I found a lot of things I needed and I'm glad because I didn't want to wait for shipping. I came with a new Carters credit card and I didn't know I was suppose to activate it before. The young lady at the register was nice and patient and told me what I needed to do to use my card that day.”

“I initially went to a different store to buy a pair of shoes, but no salesperson was in sight. So I left and came across Foot Locker. The sales associate was accommodating. While he was looking for something in my size, another sales associate asked if I needed help. Footlocker has excellent customer service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Very small store but there is a great collection. All you need to do is keep bugging the store person to find you the right size. Sometimes they can’t handle the crowd and the store person not having enough knowledge if we ask questions about finding right model. That’s why the 4 star.”
“Great customer service. The cashier made sure my return experience was good. The People at Livermore were rude and unfriendly. They did not care about the return product and just said they could not take it. While the same product was accepted at Milpitas. I thinks folks in Livermore need some empathy and retraining in customer service and managing a store. If you have an option I'd recommend going to Milpitas for purchase.”

“Nike Manoa. Sure, you can order them online but I wanted them right now, not later! I searched 5-6 stores, in multiple locations and none of them had them in stock. I had never heard of Finish Line but I called them, Eric said they had them in stock, so I headed in. As I was waiting, I looked for my shoe on the display wall and Eric confirmed they aren't on display. I bought two pair because I want one pair to look good and one pair I can work in. It's not a boot so don't even think about showing up on a union job site and expect to get by the safety guy. I think they look so cool! They have gnarly treads and with high tops, sandy beaches aren't an issue. The store was clean and Eric had everyone making it cleaner. I got the shortly after opening so I got in and out. Nice customer service, they had what I wanted, and no pain. Good enough for my five stars!”
