My wife and I were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. We also had the pleasure of meeting Marko, the owner, along with his wife, Michelle, and Antonio, who was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. You can immediately tell this is a family-run restaurant where people genuinely care.
The food was exceptional. I have honestly never had hash browns this fresh before. Marko explained that they’re never frozen and are delivered fresh the same day. The tomatoes were equally fresh, the strawberry jam was homemade, and even the dressings are made in-house. Nothing tasted mass-produced. Every bite reflected the care that went into it.
Our food took a little longer to arrive, and I actually appreciated that. Fresh food should take time. I’d much rather wait a few extra minutes for a meal that’s made to order than have it appear instantly.
The menu has plenty of choices, the prices are very reasonable for the quality, and the hospitality was just as impressive as the food.
I have a lot of respect for people who spend their lives mastering what they love and eventually build something that reflects that passion. Meeting Marko gave me exactly that impression. If quality truly matters to you, give yourself the chance to eat here. It’s easy to see why places like this earn the success they have.

One of the best dining experiences we've had, friendly service, incredible food, everything exceeded our expectations. We had variety of dishes so we could sample as much of the menu as possible: oysters on the half shell were fresh and delicious, soft shell crab was perfectly prepared, the clam chowder was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, catfish po' boy was outstanding, Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly, & even the tomato soup w/ grilled cheese was absolutely delicious??? Every single dish was a hit, and we honestly couldn't find one thing to complain about. The quality of the food, the attentive service, and the relaxed atmosphere made for a fantastic evening. We would highly recommend The Dive Oyster Bar to anyone looking for fresh seafood and great service. We can't wait to come back and try even more of the menu!

9661 East Las Tunas Drive, Temple CityOut for a sweet treat cuz it’s hotttt. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. Vibes and people are super nice and they just opened another spot in downtown La. I got their matcha ube cloud, Thai tea, strawberry matcha and ube mochi waffle paws, and lychee ice cream to try. The matcha ube cloud was bitter, roasty, not sweet, kinda grainy and honestly wasn’t getting much ube flaves even after mixing. The Thai tea tho had addicted bitter sweet milky tea flaves. The mochi paws had a crisp exterior, chewy vanillay mochi interiors. The strawberry one reminded me of strawberry pocky, the matcha one was like a sweet matchay paste, and the ube one was nicely vanillay and nutty. My grandma got their taro ice cream and really enjoyed it. I got The lychee one was super smooth, creamy, and fruity but also like really sweet. Overall this place for me eh.

9153 East Las Tunas Drive, Temple CityI had a delightful experience at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City). I ordered the Baked Brulee Milk Tea ($6.59) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's crisp black tea, salty & sweet brulee foam, and non-dairy milk with bouncy, perky boba pearls. I sipped happily. I arrived at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) on Sunday (around 11:12AM). Parking is simple since there's a nearby neighborhood with street parking. I quickly found a spot. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or the counter. I chose the self-service kiosk, and I regret it because I dislike how the self-service kiosk requires the customer's phone number to proceed. Staff communicates well. After ordering, Staff honestly & politely informed me that they'd need 20 additional minutes for their Boba since they recently opened. I was perfectly fine with that since they spoke upfront and honestly. After the 20 minutes passed, the drink took four minutes and 14 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Baked Brulee Milk Tea ($6.59) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's delicious. This chill drink carries a crisp tea flavor. The foam is also zesty with a soft sweetness. It reminds me of a creamy milk tea. In addition, they made wonderful boba pearls. These boba pearls are sweet, bouncy, and playful. YUM! On ambiance, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) is a wonderful spot to study/work. There's a long wooden table with 9 electrical plug spots, and there's four available electrical outlets. The location also includes customer internet with password; the details are confidently shown on the counter. The location also has a gender neutral restroom in the back, and there's plentiful hand sanitizer bottles in reach. The location felt clean and comfortable. Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) uses its space well. There's four tables and one long wooden table. There's also two small outside tables. During my stay, it felt very comfy as I listened to its smooth music. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City). They serve wonderful drinks and boba. If searching for a place to study/work, this is an easy recommendation. 4.8 out of 5

Hangang Korean restaurant
5612 Rosemead Boulevard, Temple CityHangang in Temple City is a great spot if you’re craving Korean food! 🇰🇷 The inside has a very traditional Korean aesthetic that gives the restaurant such a cozy and authentic feel.
They have really good deals on their combo sets, especially for the amount of food you get. The portions are generous, everything was filling, and we definitely left satisfied!
But the cold noodles were the standout for me! 🍜 This is officially my new favorite spot for Korean cold noodles. So refreshing, flavorful, and definitely something I’ll be coming back for.
If you’re looking for Korean food with a traditional atmosphere, good portions, and great value, Hangang is definitely worth checking out!

Unless you have super high service standards (which you shouldnt at a spot charging $20/person) there isn't too much to complain about. Hot pot items are fresh, tons of choices, broths are good, and a great variety of free drinks. The Dim sum and skewers aren't mind blowing but are included in the price as well. The service isn't amazing, but for the price paid its more than a fair trade off.
