When people ask me where should we get our Letterman jacket? I say Star Sports because of the care they take to make the experience special for the athlete and the family. “Great salesperson named Shannan who guided me to a special request by my Dr. for specific shoes. She also pointed out the brand of inserts Kaiser sold me, ran small, which they did, so I was able to return them and come back with the right size. I would have been sorry had I kept the other pair as they would have been too short and not returnable to Kaiser. Very helpful and also sold me a pair of slides with the built in arch support.. Very kind and deserves a raise, due to her expertise and patience. My only complaint would be the man driving the Tesla who was backing out of the customer only parking spot and almost hit me, learn to say your sorry when your wrong and stop parking there, even if you own the place.”

“If you need sporting goods and you prefer excellent customer service I would definitely recommend this Big 5 Sporting Goods store on Clayton Rd. My young child and I walked in today and not only were we immediately greeted but the person behind the counter, Maile also asked if we needed any help finding anything, and then I saw a really cute hat as she was ringing me up for a swimming cap and she told her coworker that I was looking for one that I could adjust to fit better around my head. In the meantime, another customer had approached the counter and at the last minute I grabbed one more thing. Maile rung my items up and asked me if I wanted a bag. Then, she helped the other customer on the other side as her coworker tried appeasing me with other hat sizes. Every person working there seemed to have a smile and a FANTASTIC attitude!”

I definitely like that it's larger and has more stuff than Concord, but the people don't seem to be quite as friendly when I shop here. There is a good amount of parking which is always nice, but the traffic in that area can be really bad during the weekdays. Overall, it's a good location to stop and shop at”

“My husband and I came here to custom design a hat. I originally came in because I made a custom hat online and was not too happy with it and it was almost double what you can pay in the store. I was hoping they can unravel the part I was unhappy with and do something different. They really couldn't do much for me since the online portal handles things differently than the store, which is fine. Plus, they didn't have the tool to unstitch. We just ended up making a new hat. We worked with the store manager, who was really cool and there were these 2 other guys who were working in the embroidery area. They were so cool and really patient especially since we came in at almost closing. They helped make our design come to life and when we got our hat back, it was exactly what we wanted! I wish I caught their names, but really cool guys. This hat was a Mitchell & Ness so it was really good quality and it was half the price than what I paid at Custom Lids online for a New Era cap.”
