“Ohh feels so good!!I opened up a Bank of the West account in good faith.I deposited money even prior to receiving the card . But by the time I got my card I couldn't activate it because of the reason THERE WAS A NOTE ON MY ACCOUNT !! So I came here to activate my debit card and do any account maintenance to get my ? money as stated on the note they couldn't tell me .Ohh feels soo good!!!!Not really Because I was concerned when they couldn't READ AT THE BRANCH LEVEL... THE NOTE?? SO THEY COULDNT ACTIVATE OR GIVE ME A REASON JUST A STARE THAT MY ACCOUNT CANNOT BE ACTIVE .it at this level even with the special accounts department .. what department is this place so I thought !! the lady worked there said what WEALTH MANAGEMENT SIGN?? Feels so good ... But I didn't feel so good ..so now I'm left with a account that is closing for no reason that I am told ... But I have money in my account and waiting that I need to get so that it doesn't go missing under Ralph Vincent Mendoza Furigay . .. I need help any answers thank you .I HAVE ALSO BEEN GETTING EMAILS AND AUTOMATIC PUSH NOTIFICATIONS TO GET MY ACCOUNT ACTIVATED SO I KNOW THAT ITS ACTUALLY A GOOD ACCOUNT BUT THAT NOTE IS stopping the activation of my card and the employees can't tell me anything . preventing me from using my account .. “I had an appointment at this Logix branch to open a new account and this was the closest branch to San Diego. So, I had a bit of a drive. However, I digress, and this review focuses on the following: (1) parking; and (2) service. PARKING LOT Keep an eye out! There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is next to a parking structure. The signage is small for the parking lot for Logix customers, and it looks like it's only for employees because of the size of the lot and the gate. I would have liked to know in advance where to park because the bank validates for its customers that park on the smaller lot. However, I parked in the structure because it looked more convenient and it was not too expensive. Logix does not validate parking in structure. SERVICE When I got inside, there was a receptionist that took my name and confirmed my appointment with Eduardo. I was early and she said it would be about 30 minutes, but Eduardo finished early and assisted me within minutes of my arrival--before my scheduled appointment. It took no time to open the account. Everyone was really nice at this location. All the customers inside the branch were either being helped or seemed to have been helped and waiting for an appointment. Logix had a lot of staff that were working hard to assist the customer. It never felt like customers were waiting on the employees to get through a rush of customers that weren't being helped. Quite the opposite. In conclusion, based on my current experience, I recommend this Logix branch.”

HOWEVER, MEETING THE STAFF AT PASSADENA LOCATION MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE FOR ME. IF I EVER NEED TO VISIT CITY NATIONAL BANK, I WILL COME TO THIS BANK. THE BANK MANAGER EXAMPLES NOTHING BUT A NICE REPRESENTATION FOR CITY NATIONAL. THIS BANK SHINES.”

“I had an encountered a level of unprofessionalism and rudeness over the phone from one of Chase's departments that drove me into this branch to complain. I met with a manager David, he was attentive, apologetic and diffused the situation. I so appreciated him actually hearing and understanding the problem I encountered. I was so ready to close all accounts with Chase prior to speaking with him, but because of his empathy and professionalism , I will stay at Chase. David is an example of how they ALL should be trained to deal with customers. I appreciated all he did to help me.”

“I love this credit union. The decorations make you feel like you are in Hawaii. Lines are always short and the service is fast. The staff is professional, friendly, and understanding. Usually, it's only one teller however, they do not rush you. They make you feel good about being a member of their bank. Great interest rates on loans, savings, checking, etc. Plenty of parking in the rear lot or on the street. Note: They do not have a money-counting machine to count money they do it by hand the old-fashioned way. They do not have zelle yet. The ATM is only Available during bank hours.”

“August 30th Friday This is the first time experiencing ur branch. I walked in and sat myself in the waiting area to wait my turn to talk with a Relationship Manager. As I was waiting patiently for my turn to be called next, I could hear Jazmine talking to a customer but at that moment I didn't know her name., I wasn't eavesdropping what caught my attention was her professionalism and her kindness in her voice to help and make customers satisfied. And not to mention I was sitting where my back was against Jazmine I was facing the glass office. Finally It was my turn to be called next and It was the voice that sounded so welcoming while waiting my turn, and she sat me to her desk. Inside I was really happy I was going to be assisted by her. The whole process Jazmine was very professional and her personality and determination to help was amazing to watch and with a smile on her face the whole time. This generation that I have experienced are lazy and rude and to meet Jazmine gave me hope and made me feel good that people do care for great satisfaction from her generation for customers. I also wanted to give props to the supervisor that hired Jazmine Alvarez you made the right choice on hiring her. Jazmine is valuable to ur company. I will recommend everyone to your branch.”

“This place is awesome. Every few weeks when I lose my wallet, I swing by. They are able to print them out there and give you a new one within minutes. The wait times on the phone are insanely high which is why I'm knocking a star off. But I like my credit union. I've been with them for 17 years.”

“***This review is for outside ATM use only*** I was in the Pasadena area for my fitness session last weekend. After my workout, I needed to get some money. I didn't necessarily need to walk inside the bank. ATM was just fine. I searched on Google and found this Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) right on Lake Ave and Green Street. Perfect! While I was driving over here, I wondered if they have parking. As I was on Green and crossing Lake, I noticed there was about two car spaces with green painted on the curb side. Unfortunately, I drove too fast to stop in time, but I caught a glimpse of the curb. It turns out they are temporary 15 min parking spaces for WFB customers... wonderful! I drove back and was able to get one of them 15 min parking spots. There are two ATM available for use. There was no line at the time. My ATM visit was very quick... they usually are. Got my money and I was off to the next spot LOL. Thank you WFB for being at this location and for the two temporary 15 min parking spots! Greatly appreciated.”
