“I wanted to wait about a month or so before making a review. I stopped by about a month and a half ago to have my iPad Pro repaired. This is my honest review and experience. If you don't want to read all of this just skip to the last paragraph.My iPad Pro was not charging. I took it to a couple of franchised type shops in the area that either concluded that the problem was the charging port and or battery. Both other shops quoted around $400-$800 for the repair. Initially, I didn't not know what to make of the cost but it seemed that they both just threw out random prices, but that could be just what I thought. I also contacted their other locations that gave me inconsistent pricing for the same repairs. I won't mention the name of those shops here. I needed a third opinion so I went to Crystal International.After being recommended by two of my friends, I took my iPad to Crystal International. They conducted a quick test and similarly concluded that the charging port was damaged and needed to be replaced. I asked about the battery and they mentioned that it doesn't often go bad but they would check it once it was opened. I decided to move forward with the repair by Crystal because the cost was unbeatable and worth the chance and would save me from doing the work myself. I think it was a 24hr turnaround. I returned to pick it up and got it back with a new charging port. Battery was left alone because nothing was found wrong with it. A month and a half later, zero issues with changing or holding a charge or anything else. It has been working as it should since the repair.Summary:Excellent customer service. Extremely fair pricing! Excellent workmanship! They have a sheet with device models with costs of the types of repairs. So, if you are considering purchasing a repair kit off eBay or Amazon and working on your device yourself, DON'T! Just save yourself time and some money and just take it to Crystal International. They have the tools and experience to get it done right. Highly recommended!”
“Called different ATT stores looking for a specific phone. All the other stores I’ve called either they didn’t pick up. Or didn’t have the phone available.
Called this location, they had my phone in stock and decided to pop on over to do a phone upgrade. I’m glad Nick picked up the phone and helped me see it through and through. He did ask me to come in at a certain, I was in the area so I popped in a little early. He was more than welcoming. He was with a customer before me. Told me he’d be right with me. Didn’t wait long. He was done with the other customer.
He is very thorough. Walked me through the upgraded plan on my account. Answered all my questions. Explained the breakdowns for me. What to expect and made sure I understood what I was getting in to.
We had a hiccup with my phone and he stayed with me and tried his best to figure out the issue so I can walk out with a working phone. I can’t say for the rest of the people that work here but Nick has went above and beyond expectations for customer service. 10/10 do recommend him and this location!”

“I opened a phone line with this telecommunications company last weekend. I had a great experience after using it. I can watch unlimited movies and make unlimited calls. Calling my friends in Canada is also free, as is calling Mexico. I can go to many places. There are hotspots, and what I like most is that I can store a large amount of my favorite photos and videos. The monthly fee is only 60 yuan, no tax, and I only need to pay $55 when I pay automatically with a credit card! Especially their sales and technical staff, they feel very professional! I highly recommend it to those who want to open a phone line and transfer it to a cooperative family!”
