“This is probably the best Verizon store in the East Bay, Brandon, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He assisted me and was able to get me in and out with my new device and all data transferred in about half an hour. The team did a great job; I highly recommend this location for their excellent service and efficiency!”
“Sam and Jenny were so kind! I went in today with a very noisy home button on my iPhone that desperately needs an upgrade. Sam was so great and diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in a minute. Turns out it was a loose screw causing the home button to vibrate and make a loud buzzing sound. I was expecting it to be something awful and forever broken, but it was a simple fix for Sam. Thank you! Sam is excellent at troubleshooting all phones no matter the make or model. Jenny showed me multiple phones within my price range when I’m ready for an upgrade, which will be very soon! The team at Kemo are amazing! I will only be coming here for all my phone issues and needs. Thank you so much, Sam and Jenny! You’ve made a customer for life!”

You’ll never get this level of service going through your cell phone carrier for repairs. I never feel like I’m being overcharged or taken advantage of here. This is the only place I go to and trust for repairing my cell phones and iPads.”

“A gentleman by the name of Andrew (as well as multiple other staff I didn’t catch the names of) helped me upgrade my phone via the trade-in offer, and honestly, this was by far my best experience at an at&t store. All of the staff were extremely friendly and personable. Service was fast, and more thorough than expected, though it’d been years since I’d been to an at&t store, so maybe that’s the norm now. Anyhow, I digress, the service was top notch, from now on, I’ll be making the ~35min drive to this specific store for my at&t needs.”

“Lindsay assisted me and my friend. I was with att for years but she switched me to the 55 plus plan which worked way better for what I use. Be patient because they get extremely busy! Customers need to understand it's not their fault they are busy. Customer service is worth it”

The person I work with doesn't have an online presence really with all the addresses of all the offices. Lily helped me in the jam and I am grateful. “We purchased 2 phones from this Verizon store within a span of 10 days - both my wife's and my phones were eligible for an upgrade. We worked with Faisal and he was fantastic - patient, helpful and gave us several options to select the best phone and plan. I also worked with a couple of other folks there and they were all very helpful, but Faisal was particularly efficient and knowledgeable. I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years now and been to multiple stores - most have not had a bad experience, but this one stood out for me as being truly exceptional.”

“I walked into this Cricket store wanting to get an Apple iPhone for my personal use. I have a work phone through Apple, which I LOVE!!! The nice lady(employee)who was standing near the door asked me what I was looking for? I immediately told her the phone I wanted!!! She was knowledgeable and went back got me my new Apple iPhone and picked out a very cute case with pop stand on the back, with temper guard for the screen!!! The second employee was there to assist me also very kindly!!! Both employees were kind, knowledgeable and even helped set up my new phone with my old phone!!!
