Pet Care

VCA San Martin Animal Hospital
12955 Monterey Rd, San MartinHey, it's Gabriel from PhonePros & Repairs in Gilroy. I wanted to share my experience because I was worried about my kitten, Storm. I wasn't sure of his age or even his gender because I was given incorrect information when I got him. I called on Monday, explained my concerns, and they were able to get me an appointment the very next morning at 8:20 AM, which worked perfectly with my work schedule. I just got out of my visit at VCA San Martin Animal Hospital with Dr. Amy Goulart and the nursing staff, and they were amazing. They provided outstanding customer service, which means a lot to me as a business owner because I understand how important it is to treat people well. Everyone took the time to answer my questions, give me helpful advice, and make sure I understood how to properly care for Storm. I left feeling much more confident and informed than when I arrived.
This definitely won't be Storm's last visit. We even signed up for the CareClub Wellness Plan, and our visit and vaccinations were covered through it, which was a great bonus.
Thank you to Dr. Goulart and the entire team for taking such great care of Storm. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional veterinary team

A Poochs Paradise
13505 Murphy Ave, San MartinI have a high energy working dog. She's a Shepard/heeler mix. For a few months I was dealing with an injury and I couldn't take my dog for a walks or to the dog park to burn off that energy. So I started bringing her here to pooches Paradise. At our initial evaluation I met with Laura. My dog was very scared because it was a new environment her tail was tucked the whole entire time she wouldn't even go into the building. Laura identified that my dog was scared and so we spoke outside for a few minutes about my dog. After our conversation we tried again and this time my dog walked into the office. I started taking my dog here once a week and has been about a month now. I was a bit worried on how my dog would react to new people/strangers but Laura and her team have been really great with her. Now every time I drop her off she gets extremely excited when she recognizes the street of the daycare. Whenever I pick her up and come home she's extremely exhausted.

Operation Freedom Paws
13920 Llagas Ave, San MartinOperation Freedom Paws truly changed the direction of my life at a time when I felt completely lost. Returning from deployment with both visible and invisible injuries was something I struggled to navigate. Not all wounds can be seen, and not everyone understands the weight of the ones that aren’t. But Operation Freedom Paws did. They saw me, they heard me, and they met me exactly where I was.
Their program is nothing short of life‑changing. The entire team pours genuine compassion, expertise, and dedication into every client and every dog. They don’t simply train service dogs — they rebuild confidence, restore independence, and help people rediscover a sense of purpose and joy in their daily lives. The level of individualized support, respect, and care they provide is extraordinary.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Mary, Janet, Ramon, Steve, Kathy, and the rest of the incredible OFP staff. Each of them played a role in helping me find stability, strength, and hope again. Their commitment to their mission is unmatched, and the impact they have on veterans and individuals with unseen injuries is profound.
Operation Freedom Paws stands in a league of its own. I am living proof of the difference they make.
