“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”
“I love this credit union. You only need $1 to join. I have been a member for almost two years now and they never have long lines or give you problems about cashing a check, etc. Most of the time when you cash a check and leave it in your account is immediately available The manager and his staff are very kind and professional. They have great interest rates on loans, bonds, RVs, houses, checking accounts, and savings. Easy free parking. I am glad I became a member. Notes: The best thing about this credit union they have a restroom for customers. Most banks do not have restrooms for customers. This gives them a big plus :)”

“Salvador!! Thank you!!! Words cannot explain the incredible assistance and compassion Salvador showed to me during my recent visit to the Sunset branch. This will be my 9th year with WPCCU, and they have been better than any bank I've banked with my entire life. That being said, I would like to commend Salvador. I was recently struggling with some issues that seemed overwhelming, and with a few minor questions Salvador helped me to open up. Long story short, he reworked my loan I've had for years to get me the help I needed and took away a ton of stress I was going through, I even became emotional at the time and he helped me with that too. “I've been with Cal Bear Credit Union for a few years now, and I cannot say enough about the professional experience I have received.Member Service Officer Daniel Rincon raised the bar with his utmost professional expertise and determination in getting a loan approved for my son. Since I'm a member, I referred my military son to Mr. Rincon. His overall professionalism and rates were better than the military credit union offered my son, and he was approved in less than 24 hours.My son was stunned. I wasn't because I had bought a vehicle before with the help of Mr. Rincon, and the rates were unbelievable. My son shared the rates with his Sergeant, and the Sergeant couldn't believe the rates Cal Bear offered.Overall, another excellent and professional experience working with Mr. Rincon at Cal Bear. Mr. Rincon, thank you for your hard work and dedication. My son and I are very grateful, and now you have customers for life because I know this is my son's first purchase of many more. “I had the occasion today to visit this branch as I did not care for the lack of courtesy that I got from my normal local Burbank branch. Straight away I was greeted with 23 ounces of respect and courtesy via a sincere how may I help you today? From this branch manager to his agents whom listened to my needs and took action to give me an update via a foreign collections matter. I left with a smile on my face knowing that they will follow through:) Easy to find parking, pleasant staff and again I was treated with a degree of courtesy which one would hope to get from their bank and where they've done business and or held an account for as long as Ive been working in the television and film industry. Looking back this same branch gave me my first loan way back when I was a runner for Epic and Vision Films in the 90s. Thus I have but good things to say and good thoughts to think of this branch and the sincere service they provide.”

“I've always used credit unions and a client recommended this one to me. It's the same people there, and they have always made me feel comfortable. No one hovering, no one telling me I can't have my money or giving me a hard time. Ive been to other banks that tried to deny me my money. Quick to take it and sign you up for a account, then you can't take out what you want. It's a little ridiculous. Happy this ain't that. I only give 4 stars because the car insurance they hooked me up with ain't SHIT. Their customer service is unwanted and they don't need that kind of job. If they can't answer basic questions and not be flip flops. The teller and the black guy. Sorry idk your names. Are great also Toni from the other location.”
