They had a great selection we had a young lady that greeted us as me and mom and son walked in she checked on us twice if we had any questions she would be more then happy to help us . I was planning to look around the selection was great . I was looking for a pair of black hey
dudes because I wore out my other ones . She showed me like seven shoes, different kind . Told me names of them prices very good prices! I ended up buying 5 pairs of shoes no pressure but she was very helpful ! Her smile was beautiful. Great customer service . we will be returning soon ! “Awesome store for buying clothing for babies and kids upto 10-12 years old. The pricing is good and quality is worth the price. Infant clothing collection is very good.
Being a factory outlet store they have discounts and promotions regularly. The staff is helpful too in case you have any questions.
The clearance section is nicely arranged based on clothing size . That’s a plus as most other stores just mix all the sizes in clearance section.”

“I had a great experience at Skechers the other day. One of their staff members, Jake, helped me pick out some socks for myself. You could tell he was on the newer side but nonetheless he was extremely helpful-you can tell he really puts in the work! He was very friendly and nice while checking me out for my socks. You can tell that Jake really loves his job here. I can’t wait for my next visit at Skechers!”

“It's an under armour store.... Nothing too incredible. However, they did have the cheapest shoes in the entire outlet for men. Paid half of what th shoes are online. I am going to try and go back again for the prices!”
“Went to 5 shoe stores in Castle Rock outlet mall. The other 4 including Nike, Adidas, Puma and Famous Footwear didn’t even say welcome and employees never attempted to assist me when shopping in their store for at least 10 minutes in each store. Their employees were just standing and talking to each other behind checkout counter. In this New Balance store Bryan assisted me right away and helped me find my shoe size quickly. Bryan greeted every customer when they walked into store. Great customer service. Thanks.”

“Drove up from Colorado Springs to buy four pairs of Johnson Murphy’s. Walked in with our dog and the manager/worker raised his voice and demanded to know if it was a service dog. I said no, he said we had to leave then, we are not pet friendly.. Extremely rude, nothing polite about the companies rules. Will not spend $500 to $600 in there again. Just ordering online is a lot more polite”

She helped us tremendously and went above and beyond for my daughter and I to get it to a way we could afford all the shoes we wanted so we didn't have to put things back. She even went as far as putting our charms on both our Crocs for us! She was the best!”
