“I went into NorthFace yesterday looking to buy a new jacket bc my current 2018 wind wall jacket had started to malfunction on the zipper. I asked an associate/manager “Will” if there was any type of warranty on it. He went to look into it came back with some amazing warranty options. In the end he helped me file the warranty claim and purchase my new jacket that will be back in my home town by the time i get home. THANK YOU! “Went to 5 shoe stores in Castle Rock outlet mall. The other 4 including Nike, Adidas, Puma and Famous Footwear didn’t even say welcome and employees never attempted to assist me when shopping in their store for at least 10 minutes in each store. Their employees were just standing and talking to each other behind checkout counter. In this New Balance store Bryan assisted me right away and helped me find my shoe size quickly. Bryan greeted every customer when they walked into store. Great customer service. Thanks.”

The size selection can be hit or miss but Jemma & Noemi have always been super helpful helping me by running out of the dressing room to grab other sizes. Seriously, Noemi is amazing. I had only met her twice before and I hadn’t been in for over a month & she still remembered me by name! The staff has always been super friendly and helpful.”

“I live on the East Coast and I was visiting Castle Rock for a family event. I realized I had forgotten my running shoes. I have worn the same brand, style, and size for about five years so I popped in the store to see if they had them. I worked with Derek. Derek advised me that there had been some changes to the shoe and when I tried it on, it did not fit well. After some very knowledgeable questions, Derek recommended a new brand and we even found a shoe on clearance that fit the bill. I love them and I’m grateful for Derek’s help!”
