I cannot say enough great things about this place. They received our phone call as our dog had experienced a laceration to his leg and after learning other vets in the area would not offer any assistance, even with a simple gauze pad, wrap, or bandaid of any kind so that our dog would stop profusely bleeding in the car, (i.e. Grand animal Hospital in Fraser) we found Elk Meadow and couldn’t have been happier. They are such amazing people and were so so kind throughout the entire process. Awesome people, great experience (all things considered), and can’t recommend them enough

34688 Forest Estates Rd, EvergreenMichael helped us immensely and in a short time with our 75 pound, three- year-old chocolate lab, Auggie. We are thankful we found Michael. Auggie had become very problematic on walks because he would lunge and bark at every dog we passed. He pulled on the leash so hard that both my husband and I suffered hand injuries. After our first 2-hour session with Michael, Auggie was dramatically calmer and he was eager to learn. As Michael explained to us, Auggie was relieved that we were taking charge - and it showed. Michael demonstrated techniques that we practiced daily until our second session. We were motivated to work with Auggie because we saw immediate results after the first session. We just finished our third and final session with Michael and in just a few weeks, walking Auggie is a completely different experience. He responds to our commands to heel and to ignore other dogs. He does not lunge at other dogs. He walks closely at my left knee and with confidence, looking ahead. It's remarkable.

I love that they serve drinks with a Stroopwafel - such a nice touch. They have a variety of seating: regular tables, high top, couches, and outside. It's perfect for any occasion, from working to meeting up with friends for a chat. Clean bathroom, free wifi, and even amenities for dogs - water bowl & toys! Nice service. Bivouac will certainly continue to be a regular stop for us in Evergreen!

The waiting tent even had a coffee stand!
Parking was a little difficult so I'd recommend carpooling if possible!
I got the special that day. It was great!

I had a devils elbow with mule sauce- so many different layers of flavor in this sandwich & sauce. I’d drive from Chicago just for this sandwich. I got the spare ribs to go, and needless to say- just fantastic. Super dog friendly on the patio & the views of the river are spectacular.

1552 Bergen Pkwy Unit 305, EvergreenDandelions is a fabulous breakfast spot in Evergreen! I've stopped in a few times now, and the food is consistently fresh and outstanding. They are open from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, which is perfect for a late breakfast or early lunch.
My personal favorites that I highly recommend are the Breakfast Burrito and the Chile Relleno—both were truly exceptional and packed with flavor.
The service style is easy: grab a menu, order and pay at the bar, then find any open table to enjoy your meal. It's a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by for a great meal!

Thank you for the amazing experience and fabulous taste on the pallet! If you want unique small business with great burgers, illegal burgers is it! (Forgive the non burger picture it was too late!) also truffle fries ? were a nice addition to the burger on the side!
