This place has crust game nailed. Pizza crust doesn't get more perfect than this. Thin cracker style crust, cooked perfection, just enough char, to make it crispy, just thick enough to have a little bit of bready quality.
The toppings are superb, unexpected flavor combinations. I had the Wilbur Pizza, which is a pretty traditional meat pizza accepted has a touch chili honey, which gives it a simultaneous sweet/hot essence the perfectly enhances the pizza.
The staff seemed great, the wine selection was ideal for the menu.
And the location was wonderful. We were there on a nice afternoon they have a big overhead door at one side that was wide open, so we were able to sit inside in the shade, but could still take in the fresh air, and see the view.
I would say it's worth stopping by if you're in the area, but honestly, forget that. MAKE THE TRIP. It's worth the drive from anywhere in the Denver metro area.

Would have been a top tier experience but there were really a lot of flies which was quite annoying. It they can solve that would be perfect.
