“Excellent business and Troy is informative, friendly and helpful. I'd dropped my HP Pavilion, killed the screen and needed a replacement ASAP. I checked Craigslist to look for an inexpensive option and Troy had an HP Elitebook 850 G6 for just over a couple of hundred. It came with Office and was reset and ready to go. I plugged it in and was up and running immediately. All that was left to do, was transfer my files form the old machine, which went off without a hitch. This Elitebook is a definite step up in memory and performance (SSD vs disk), RAM, aesthetics and weight. Additionally, this thing looks and feels brand new.
I also like that Troy is a local, small businessman and that my money went to support him and his employees.
If you are looking for a computer or repair/trouble shooting (I have not used those services), give Troy a call. I have no doubt he will be able to either meet your needs or point you in the right direction, if he can't.

“We called for help about issues with our Brother printer. We were so frustrated and had already spent over $400 on replacing things like the ink, waste bin, and followed steps for fixing it on YouTube a hundred times with no luck. We spoke with Cary over the phone at RAM and he was so helpful! Oh my gosh, he suggested several things we could try ourselves. We ordered the belt on Amazon and will try the other things he suggested. He is knowledgeable and willing to help even though we did not buy anything from him. He is honest and wanted to help us get the best solution for the lowest price. If these things don’t work we will have him out for a service call.”

“While searching for a local company to provide and install all TV's/theater/speakers/WiFi for our new home, we stopped in at Best Buy to 'comparison shop.' The deep knowledge of their Magnolia team members and ability to fully customize a solution for us closed the deal.It was a fairly large job, requiring 4 full days of installation by a four-man team. The technicians could not have been more professional (and these guys 'worked clean') or accommodating, seeking our approval prior to finalizing each item's installation. The finished project is absolutely gorgeous, and we are in love with our theater systems and ability to listen to music from our phones) anywhere in the house, inside or out back.These folks are quite customer-centric and I highly recommend the Best Buy/Magnolia team for your A/V needs. “I dropped my iPhone a couple days ago. I take care of my phone and scheduled an appointment online to visit the Genius Bar to fix it. They checked me in quickly, saw a specialist who explained everything to me. He told me to come back in an hour to pick up my phone. I went back in an hour and it was repaired and worked perfectly. All employees I dealt with were personable and friendly.I’ve always had good service with Apple and feel this store met and exceeded my expectations.”
