“The BEST location, I always look forward to going to drop off my packages so I can see Ayman and Cat! I hope you have the pleasure of getting either of them to help you, they are absolute angels. So sweet and courteous and beyond helpful. They get everyone through quickly and with a smile :) I seriously wish every post office location was like this one. I also can't say how wonderful they were during Christmas! They were so fast getting all the customers taken care of even though it was the busy season. Thank you for making going to the post office a lovely experience, we appreciate you so much!!!”
“What a great and convenient stop. A mini postal with boutique shopping on the side. They can do almost all services as a regular post office. I’ve sent out my packages and bought stamps. The prices are more generous than UPS with a decent delivery window. The staff is great. Tracey is wonderful and has been so helpful every time. Thanks.”

I had three international packages sent at the Bear Valley post office and all were sent back to me.They were unable to refund or help me .They sent me to another post office Englewood who took care of it right away . Unfortunately they couldn't refund as it should have been done by Bear Valley.I'am greatful for their help!”

“Annette helped me renew my passport and was such a warm and friendly person! She was extremely fast, professional, and helpful through the whole process. She held my spot while I went to go quickly get my passport photos taken offsite. Make sure you get your passport photos taken elsewhere before you show up to renew or apply because they don’t take photos there, contrary to what the USPS customer service line says.”
“I guess I may be bias since the last two reviews want to smear my name, one I don’t open packages I have no desire steal any items, I place them carefully into our equipment what they do on the other side is on them, two I don’t physically carry mail so for the posters to take longer then the person expects maybe don’t pay for ground the cheapest way to get them there. I work hard to provide amazing customer service if your going to try to sully my name please come with actual facts not gripes that are not my fault…never wake a sleeping panda.”
“Changed my address a month ago.. haven’t received any mail at my new address. After a stop at highlands ranch post office and no luck (also extremely rude staff as if they hate their job or something) I came to this location and the supervisor Nathan found the check that I was waiting for. Thank you Nathan❤️ it doesn’t take much to go above and beyond because people these days aren’t even doing the bare minimum. I appreciate it!”

This post office, like all US post offices, is severely understaffed & underfunded because US Congress’ Republicans have deliberately underfunding the US Postal Service (USPS) for years their goal of privatizing all US post offices!!”

“One of my favorite post offices. Theres one guy there that is full of personality and is a joy to see. When my PO box wouldn't renew on like despite multiple attempts, the post office cancelled my box. He helped me get the exact same one back right away. He even helped me with some packages that got put in a locker.”

“I had an amazing experience at the Marion St. Post Office thanks to Syreeta. It was right before closing, the line was long, and honestly, my request was kind of confusing and probably annoying. But Syreeta treated me with nothing but kindness, patience, and professionalism. She went out of her way to help me figure everything out without rushing or making me feel like a burden but was also so efficient.

“Thank goodness their 24-hour kiosks are actually accessible. This is the 3rd USPS stop, 16 miles, 2 hours of drive time. I would give 5 stars, but like anything Denver, you have to park a hike away to not have to pay for parking. I lucked out with only a 7 minute walk one way. I really do appreciate that the kiosk was available and working.”
“Everytime I go inside the workers are always super nice and helpful. Never had any problems. My forwarding address was accidentally started a week early. Called customer support and was only on hold about 10 minutes. The problem was fixed same day. Are they short staffed? Probably. Which post office isn't.”
“Y’all have the most competent staff out of any post office but it’s also the slowest post office because you only have one person there. Your hours are already inconvenient, I work nights and the last two times I’ve gone just to simply pick up 1 package (the delivery driver for some reason never leaves in our locked secure mailroom) I’ve been behind only 2 people yet been there over an hour waiting. Get some more staff, or help your people out when there’s a line taking forever if you’re management hiding in the back there. Your wait times are unacceptable.”

“First and foremost I want to start with how certain places can feel intimidating when walking into. As someone who works in customer service I always belive that you do your job right when you as the employee connect with the customers. Today I went in with questions that needed answers, and I walked out teary eyed instead(in an amazing way). The employees here were so kindhearted and went the extra mile. Not only did they connect with me as a person, but they took the time to listen to me. One of the female employees was nothing but a gem, a complete sweetheart. She was ready to give her 100% to the customer in any way possible. I am so grateful for her helping me today and this post office must be so grateful to have a kindhearted person like her on the staff!”

Josie enlightens people on how to do things they are sending out the correct way. My first time inside this post office. I will go in there again.”

“This is a big and nice post office. I drive farther to go to this post office because they always have four mail clerks on the weekdays and a they have a couple of self serve post office stamp machines. They are very helpful and good with customer service and they get you out fast. I highly recommend this post office.”

“I arrived at 1:53 at this absolute cesspool of a postal office. Yes, I clearly saw the “Closed for lunch 2:00-3:00” sign & and kept yanking at the door until Cameron begrudgingly opened it for me. He gave me the typical gone-postal comments of how people like me ruin his day, how he hates being eternally overworked and underpaid & how they’re closed for lunch for a reason. I told him to have a better day because I don’t let wage slaves bully me. But hey, still 5 stars for me cuz I was out by 1:59. Thanks for the speedy service, Cameron ?”
“The best spot to mail something during a busy holiday week! I had to wait for three people versus a line out the door at other post offices. Walter was so helpful, friendly, and unflustered. And contrary to other reviews, they can scan prepaid packages. Love Ace!”
